Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5

You address all three required points: you mention your Project Management degree and three years in customer service, explain that you want support with professional skills and career direction, and propose meeting the following week. These details make the letter relevant and its purpose clear. The background and requested support are present, but they are only briefly outlined; for example, you could specify one skill or career challenge you would like to discuss. The meeting proposal is also incomplete because “We could meet in a meeting room” does not identify a location or finish the arrangement. The response therefore covers the task, while some points need fuller development and clearer practical detail.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 7.0

The letter follows a sensible order, moving from an introduction to your background, the support you hope to receive, and a proposed meeting. Paragraph breaks help distinguish these stages, and linking expressions such as “Moreover” and “Furthermore” make the progression easy to follow. The closing also gives the letter a recognisable ending. To make the organisation more natural and cohesive, avoid relying on formal connectors at the start of successive paragraphs; a direct transition or a new paragraph focused on one point would be smoother. The final meeting sentence stops after “a meeting room,” so completing the thought would improve the flow into your closing.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use relevant vocabulary for a workplace introduction, including “customer service experience,” “professional skills,” “career,” and “mentor,” so the main message is understandable. There is some range in how you describe your background and goals, but several word-choice, word-form, spelling, and collocation problems make the language less natural. For instance, “very excitement” uses the wrong form, “first metting” is misspelled, and “develop my career in right direction” is not an idiomatic phrase. “Regarding giving my details” is also awkward for this purpose. Aim for accurate, natural combinations rather than adding formal-sounding wording; this will make your vocabulary more precise and professional.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

You attempt both simple and more extended sentence forms, including the sentence beginning “I completed my bachelor degree” and the clause explaining what you learned from customer-service work. The overall meaning remains clear, but some grammatical errors affect accuracy. In “where learned,” the subject is missing; “I would appreciate if you also help” needs a more accurate conditional structure; and “I feel happy if you adjust” does not express the intended polite request correctly. There are also issues with articles and sentence completion, including “in right direction” and the unfinished “We could meet in a meeting room.” Review clause structure, conditional requests, and articles, then proofread punctuation and sentence endings.
