Instead of improving diet, people spend a large amout of money on vitamin pills. This eassay will duscuss how easy and effortless work is to work on vitamin intake through pills, however they can hire a personal dietitian for healthy and rich source of vitamin meals, despite of purchasing vitamin tablets.

To begin, busy schedule forced people to take artificial vitamin, instead of focusing on good nutritious food like chick peas, rich source of iron and calcium. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You address both questions: you suggest that busy people choose pills for convenience, and you recommend consulting a dietitian to plan nutritious meals. The example of young people relying on tablets while eating fast food is relevant, but the reasons are only briefly explained, and the dietitian recommendation needs clearer support. The final example about finding dietitians online is unfinished, so it does not show how this would persuade people to change their habits. Your position is present, although the opening is difficult to follow. The response also falls 11 words short of the required minimum. Develop each main idea with a fuller explanation or a specific example, and complete the second body paragraph’s example.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion. The first body paragraph focuses on convenience, while the second turns to dietary advice, so the reader can identify the intended progression. However, links between ideas are sometimes unclear or mechanical: “Otherwise” does not clearly introduce the contrast, and “This means” leads to a broad claim without explaining the connection. The second body paragraph ends abruptly with “osicila media,” which interrupts the flow, and the conclusion largely repeats the recommendation rather than drawing the discussion together. Use clearer transitions, connect each example explicitly to its point, and ensure every paragraph reaches a complete ending.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You attempt vocabulary relevant to nutrition and health, including “nutritious food,” “vitamin intake,” “allergies,” and “diet plan.” These choices show an effort to discuss the topic beyond very basic terms. However, the range is limited and many spelling errors make the message harder to read, such as “amout,” “eassay,” “preprations,” and “knowlegede.” Some phrases are also unnatural or imprecise, including “high rich vitamin food” and “artificial vitamin.” Aim for accurate, natural collocations and check spelling carefully. More precise expressions such as “nutrient-rich meals” and “dietary supplements” would help communicate your ideas clearly and appropriately.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more extended sentences, including a conditional clause in “if any allergies or dislikeness showed for food, they can alter it.” However, complex structures are often faulty, and frequent errors sometimes make the intended meaning difficult to follow. For example, “busy schedule forced people” lacks an article and has an awkward verb form, while “people are depended on tablets” uses an incorrect passive construction. In “they can alter it easy,” the adverb form is needed, and the final sentence lacks a clear grammatical structure. Practise accurate subject–verb agreement, articles, verb patterns and sentence boundaries. Build longer sentences only when you can control how their clauses fit together.
