Doctors tell us that we can get all the vitamins we need from having a healthy diet. Despite this advice, some people continue to spend large sums of money on vitamin pills.

Why do you think some people spend a lot of money on vitamin pills?

How could people be persuaded to improve their diet instead of buying vitamin pills?

Mentaining heathly body has become a major concern for every individual. Some people believe that people should take all vital nutrients from healthy diet while others argue that spending on some vitamins pills is crucial for human body.Eventually , i consider that healthy meal is best option rather than spending on pills.

To begin with, why i believe that healthy meal option is best for every person is that less addiction of our body regarding pills.This is because, if we use regular pills , our body will get used to observe
