A balanced diet can provide all the vital vitamins required for a healthy lifestyle as suggested by doctors, still some people spend a considerable amount of money on vitamin tables. There can be few reasons assoicated with it such as lack of time to prepare a full meal and allergies to certain food types. Furthermore, people can be persuaded to improve their eating habits by organising awarenss camps to give them knowledge about the merits of having a healthy meal and also highlighting the side effects of consuming pills.
To commence with, the main reason why people spend large sums of salaries on vitamin tablets is that they have limited time to cook a complete meal. To elaborate, since in the comtemorary world people work extra hours to maintain a wealthy lifestyle, they have little to no time to prepare a healthy meal for themselves. As a result, they fullfil their vitamins and minerals needs from capsules. Moreover, some individuals are allergic to certain types of food such as dairy products or sea food due to which they are unable to consume those types of food. Hence, they become deficient in vitamins and minerals obtained by those foods and end up relying on pills. To exemplify, nowadays working professionals barely get time to cook. They mostly rely on packed and processed food due to which they are more prone to health ailments and becomes dependent on vitamin tables.
In addition to this, people can be educated and persuaded in several ways to reduce their dependency on pills. The dominat one is to organise awareness camps at workplaces and public locations. Citizens can be taugh about the negative effects of tables on human body. Some pills are hard to digest and impact our internal organs such as liver and kidneys. Moreover, workplaces and educational insititutions should sell balanced diet in their cafeterias so that people have myriad options to choose from. For instance, my companies promote healthy food habits by providing freshly cooked meals during lunch times.
To recapitualte, this essay has discussed that people are unable to prepare a full meal due to lack of time and some may have arrlegies to certain food types as the reasons why people spend more money on vitamin pills. It has also highlighted that people can be directed towards eating healthy diet by organising health camps and providing options to purchase nutritious food at offices and educational centers.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 7.0
The response successfully addresses all parts of both questions. The writer identifies valid reasons why people spend money on vitamin pills, such as lack of time to cook and food allergies, and proposes practical solutions, including awareness campaigns and offering healthy meals in workplaces and educational institutions. Ideas are extended and well-supported with relevant examples from experience. The position is clear throughout the essay. The student meets the criteria for Band 7 by fully addressing all aspects of the prompt and extending their main points with logical explanations and examples, although some minor over-generalizations appear.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is logically organized with a clear overall progression from introduction to body paragraphs and a concluding summary. Paragraphing is used appropriately to separate distinct ideas: the reasons for consumption in the first body paragraph and the solutions in the second. Cohesive devices are employed reasonably well, using transitional phrases such as "To commence with", "Moreover", and "In addition to this". However, referencing and transitional control occasionally feel slightly mechanical or repetitive, placing the response firmly at Band 6, where the overall arrangement is coherent despite some faulty or formulaic cohesive usage.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The student demonstrates an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, successfully attempting less common items such as "contemporary world", "health ailments", and "nutrient-dense". However, there are several noticeable spelling and word choice errors throughout the response, such as "vitamin tables" instead of vitamin tablets, "assoicated", "awarenss", "comtemorary", "fullfil", "dominat", "taugh", "insititutions", and "arrlegies". These errors do not impede communication since the meaning is generally clear, but the frequency of lexical slips prevents the score from reaching Band 7.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
The writer employs a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, demonstrating an ability to use subordinate clauses effectively (e.g., "To elaborate, since in the contemporary world people work extra hours..."). However, there are frequent grammatical and mechanical errors, including punctuation issues and missing pluralisation or agreement errors (e.g., "makes dependent on vitamin tables", "my companies promote", "human body" missing an article). While complex structures are attempted and communication is not impeded, the accumulation of grammatical errors restricts the score to a Band 6.
