IELTS Writing Task 2 question

Doctors tell us that we can get all the vitamins we need from having a healthy diet. Despite this advice, some people continue to spend large sums of money on vitamin pills.

Why do you think some people spend a lot of money on vitamin pills?

How could people be persuaded to improve their diet instead of buying vitamin pills?

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

It is often agrued that a considerable proportion of individuals believe that medical experts always mentions that human body can fullfil its need by introducing a healthy diet in thier lifestyle. Still several individuals spend a huge amount of money on vitamin medicine instead of healty diet. This essay will address both aspects and explain the key reason and implications involved.

To begin with, One of the main reason humans spend huge on medicine is lack of avaiblity of resources. This is largely because a healthy diet sometimes can be for expensive and everyone can not afford that in term of money. Various times the medicine could get more cheaper then a healty diet. For instance, now a days prices of dry fruits and protein powder are on cloud nine. As a result humans are more inclined towards buying the pills. Hence, it is understandable why many people believe that spending money on medicine could be more beneficial approach for them

Turning to the second aspect of the question, There could be several possibilities by which citizen could change thier mind. One of the most effective solution would be making them aware about the inexpensive and effective healthy diet. Individuals do not have enough knowledge about that yet. By making them aware it could be possibel to mold thier mind toward healthy way of living. For example, In recent years people do not think about the out come and do not have enough time to know more about their rel life solutions. Therfore it is necessary for them to get more knowledge and to be more aware about their health.

In conclusion, Although a huge number of people spend on vitamins pills could be because of lack of awareness and time. Inclusion of Inexpensive and effective diet could be helpful for them to live a healthy life style. It is not a matter of choosing one over other, It is a method of choosing a healthy lifestyle for themself and their loved ones.
