Student answer (Band 5.0)
Well, these days pepele are busy in their life whether its their worklife or normal life. Sometimes not having a proper balance in work and life can affect a human's regular diet. As they are not having a proper diet and then feels tired and when go for a doctor's checkup then then they find that they have low vitamins amd then starts having vitamin pills. Instead of improving their diet people rely more on vitamin pills. From my perspective I reckon that healthy diet helps to fulfill all the viatmain and other nutrients but vitamin pills also play an important role in helping amd restoring the body.
Moving ahead, healthy diet helps to nurish the body and keep the body healthy itself. If we eat healthy reguraly and do exercise as well then there is no meed to take vitamins. Because there are so many fruits ehich contains vitamin and helps to fight through illness. Apart from this these days people are busy in their worklife and they cannot eat healthy. For instance when people follows a healthy routine do exercise , go for a walk amd eat clean amd healthy diet then this helps to keep them healthy and stress free.
Furthermore, when people do bot follow a proper healthy rotuine and incluned towards eating junk food then for sure they have to spend a lot of money for the vitamin pills. For example when people get back from their work then they feel lethargic and opt for that kind of food which is easy to make or they can order online so this affect their health. Not eating helathy food defintely low down your vitamins and people have to spend a lot of money for that.
To Conclude, I believe that people should make a balance in their life and start eating healthy then they do not have to spend a large amount of money on vitamin pills.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You address both questions to some extent: you suggest that busy routines and poor eating habits lead people to use supplements, and you recommend eating well and exercising. However, the explanation of why people spend large sums is limited; the doctor’s check-up is mentioned, but the response does not explore other motivations, such as convenience, advertising, or a belief that pills work faster. The advice on persuading people is also not developed into clear measures: “start eating healthy” is a recommendation, rather than an explanation of how people could be encouraged to do so. Your position is present, but the point that pills can help “restoring the body” is not reconciled with the argument for improving diet.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has an introduction, several body paragraphs, and a conclusion, and the ideas are generally related to the topic. Connectors such as “Moving ahead,” “Furthermore,” and “To Conclude” signal stages in the response. However, the overall progression is not always clear: the second paragraph discusses the benefits of healthy eating, while the third returns to reasons for buying pills, so the answer’s two questions are not clearly separated. Several ideas are repeated, particularly that busy people eat poorly and then spend money on supplements. Some linking is also mechanical, and references such as “this” in “this affect their health” are not fully clear. Organise one paragraph around reasons and another around practical ways to encourage dietary change.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant vocabulary, including “balanced,” “nutrients,” “lethargic,” and “vitamin pills,” so the reader can follow the main topic. However, the range is limited and several phrases are repeated, especially “healthy diet,” “people,” and “spend a lot of money.” There are also noticeable spelling errors, including “pepele,” “viatmain,” “nurish,” and “defintely,” which can interrupt reading. Some word combinations are unnatural or imprecise, such as “low down your vitamins” and “fight through illness.” Aim for more accurate topic-specific phrasing and vary repeated expressions; for example, use “nutritional deficiencies” or “supplements” where appropriate, while checking spelling carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including a conditional structure in “when people follow a healthy routine … then this helps to keep them healthy.” However, complex sentences are often faulty, and frequent errors sometimes make the relationships between ideas difficult to follow. For example, “As they are not having a proper diet and then feels tired” shifts from plural “they” to singular “feels,” while “when go for a doctor’s checkup” lacks a clear subject. Other problems include “people follows” and the run-on construction “Because there are so many fruits ….” Work on consistent subject–verb agreement, complete clauses, and sentence boundaries. Separating long sentences and checking each clause for a subject and verb would improve accuracy.
