Student answer (Band 5.5)

Undoubetedly, vitamins plays a vital role for a healthy life and according to expert doctors the best way to get them is from natural food sources and healthy diet. But instead of following the healthy diest peple like to spend a lot of money to buy pills to overcome the deficiency of vitamins from their body. Well according to me the busy life style is one of the major reason for that. I will discuss about this and some other reasons in upcoming paragraphs.

Firstly, in this modern era every individual is very busy in the daily life routine they do not have enough time for themselves. To prepare a healthy diet with all the vitamins, protiens, carbs that are essintial for our body a person needs so spend some time in the kitichen but insted of that they chose a easy way out they started buying pills which they found more easy and effective.Secondly, these days people are very selective for their choice of food. they do not like to eat the green vegetables and the fruits that are rich in vitamins which make them chose the atlternative insted.

Moreover, awareness should be create about the healthy diet and healthy life. Without any doubt pills can complete the deficiency in our body once but it can come again as well. so, instead of depending on medicene induvidual should explore more options in food to fullfil all the requirements of our body. in these days internet is the best platform to get details about the characterstics of all kind of fruits and vegetables.

To conclude, healthy diet can be the best way to live a healthy life. Childrens should be encouraged from their early age to eat all kind of green vegetables and fruits that are rich in vitamins and minirals. Indviduals can save more money if they improve their diet insted of spending money on vitamin pills. As we all also know the qoute too" healthy diet healthy life".

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address both questions and maintain a relevant position: you explain that a busy lifestyle encourages people to choose pills, and that selective eating also leads them to avoid vitamin-rich foods. You also suggest awareness-raising and encouraging children to eat fruit and vegetables. These points are appropriate, but some are less fully developed than others. For example, the claim that pills are seen as “more easy and effective” could be explained with a specific reason or example, and the proposed awareness campaign is not described in much detail. The response therefore covers the task, but fuller explanation of why pills appeal and practical persuasion strategies would make the argument more complete and convincing.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response has a clear overall arrangement: an introduction, a paragraph on reasons, a paragraph on improving diets, and a conclusion. Sequencing words such as “Firstly,” “Secondly,” “Moreover,” and “To conclude” help readers follow the main stages. However, cohesion is sometimes mechanical, and some links between ideas are unclear. The second paragraph moves from lack of time to food preferences without explaining how these reasons relate, while “Moreover” introduces a solution rather than an additional reason. Some sentences also run together, as in “effective.Secondly,” which interrupts the flow. Use more precise transitions and develop each paragraph around a clearly connected set of ideas.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “vitamins,” “deficiency,” “healthy diet,” and “green vegetables.” There are also attempts at more specific expressions, such as “natural food sources” and “daily life routine.” However, the range is limited and several word-choice, collocation, and spelling errors make the writing less clear or natural. Examples include “healthy diest,” “protiens,” “chose the atlternative,” and “complete the deficiency.” Some phrases, such as “characteristics of all kind of fruits,” are imprecise for the intended meaning. Build a more accurate range of collocations for nutrition and persuasion, and proofread spelling carefully so that your ideas are expressed more precisely.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a reason clause in “because” is implied in your explanation of busy lifestyles and a relative clause in “fruits that are rich in vitamins.” The main message is generally understandable, but errors in agreement, verb forms, articles, and sentence boundaries occur. For example, “vitamins plays” should have subject–verb agreement, and “awareness should be create” needs a passive verb form. The opening also joins contrasting ideas with “But” in a way that would be clearer with more controlled punctuation. Practise checking each sentence for a clear subject and verb, correct agreement, and complete punctuation, while continuing to use complex structures.
