Student answer (Band 6.0)
Nowadays, people are following healthy diet in order to stay healthy and to receive enough vitamins. It is suggested by doctor that individual can get vitamins through diet insted of spending money on vitamin pills. However, people are still buying medicine due to busy life style and not getting suffecient result from health food. These problem could be solve by taking proper guidence from nutricients and changing personal consumption.
Some people buy costly vitamin pills because of hectic lifestyle. Due to busy scedule, people do not get enough time to prepare healthy meals. It is true that some healthy food takes a time to make which can demotivate individuals to cook. As a result, they prefer pills over food to save time. Secondly, people feel that they are not getting all the vitamins even though they are following proper healthy diet. Also, they believe that it is not possible to get all vitimins from same food that they consuming. Which leds them to buy vitamins pills to cover up remaining vitamins.
However, there are some ways which can help people to buying pills. Individuals can take a guidence or advice from well known nutricients. Nutricients can identify their needs and give them chart in which they will specify what they are supposed to eat. Besides that, individuals needs to know first which vitamins are less in their body. In same situation, nutricients can help them out to identify which specifically vitimins they need for their body insted of lookking for all vitamins and buying pills. Lastly, individuals should learn side effect that can be possible in long term by taking continous vitamin pills as they contains chemicals as well.
To sum up, I believe that to prepare healthy food takes time but if individuals understand what they actully need and take some help from nutricients then they likely to spend less money on vitamin pills and will choose healthy diet.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both questions and maintain a relevant focus. The explanation that a “hectic lifestyle” leaves people little time to prepare meals is clear, and you also identify the belief that food may not provide all necessary vitamins. Your proposed responses—seeking advice from nutrition professionals and learning about possible risks of unnecessary supplements—are relevant. However, some ideas are more fully explained than others: the time-saving point has a cause-and-effect explanation, while the belief about not getting enough vitamins could use a concrete example or further reasoning. The suggestions for improving diet would also be stronger if you explained how people could make healthy meals easier to fit into busy routines. Overall, the main parts are covered, but development is uneven.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, a paragraph explaining why people buy pills, a paragraph offering solutions, and a conclusion. The progression from causes to possible responses is easy to follow, and signposts such as “Secondly,” “However,” and “To sum up” help guide the reader. This meets the lower-band expectations securely and shows some features of stronger organisation. To improve further, make links between sentences less mechanical and clarify references. For example, “Which leds them to buy vitamins pills” is a fragment whose connection to the preceding sentence could be integrated more smoothly. The phrase “In same situation” also leaves the situation being referred to somewhat unclear. More precise transitions and referencing would make the flow more natural.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use enough vocabulary to discuss the topic, including phrases such as “hectic lifestyle,” “healthy meals,” “identify their needs,” and “side effect.” There are also attempts to use more specific language about nutrition and supplements. However, spelling errors and inaccurate word choices are noticeable and sometimes make the reader pause: examples include “scedule,” “suffecient,” “nutricients,” and “vitimins.” Some combinations are also unnatural, such as “taking a guidence” and “buying medicine” when referring to vitamin pills. These issues keep the vocabulary from being consistently clear and precise. Check spelling carefully and learn common collocations, such as “seek advice from a nutritionist” and “take vitamin supplements,” to express your ideas more naturally.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a cause-and-effect construction with “As a result” and a relative clause in “food that they consuming.” The overall meaning is generally understandable, but some grammatical errors remain. For example, “people are following healthy diet” needs an article, while “individuals needs” has a subject–verb agreement error. In “food that they consuming,” the auxiliary verb is missing, and “Which leds them…” is an incomplete sentence. The conclusion also needs a verb in “then they likely to spend less money.” Work on articles, agreement, complete clauses, and auxiliary verbs, while continuing to use varied sentence structures. More accurate control of these patterns would make the response easier to read.
