Student answer (Band 6.0)
Healthy diet plays a significant role for being a healthy individual. Doctors recommend to have healthy meal, rather than getting vitamin pills. However, some people believe that using vitamin tablets would be more beneficial for their health and they spend money on purchasing. I think people want to choose short cut way to become healthier and never want to focus on their meals. By telling the advantages of healthy diet, it would be possible to stop the public.
To begin with, people try to become strong and healthy in a short duration and they waste their money on buying multivitamins. It becomes difficult to give proper time to make good food because it is a modern era and everyone is busy in this world of work. In addition, it seems to be accessible way to take pills and fulfill the requirements of nutrients in a human body.
Moreover, people should advised to take care of them and eat healthy food and stop wasting their budget on these type of medications. Government should arrange some healthcare seminars on this increasingly issue. To illustrate, educational institutes can take steps to promote nutritionist, and educate youngsters to take care of them by eating healthy food instead of using vitamin pills.
In conclusion, I believe that people spend a lot of money on purchasing vitamin pills because they are interested in getting short term health and in this way they waste their wealth. I suggest that, government should take part in this activity and arrange medicare events on the different places in the society for the betterment of peopl's health.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both questions and give a consistent central explanation: people choose pills because they seem like a quick, convenient route to better health. You also propose education and government-led seminars, with schools helping to promote nutrition. These are relevant responses, but the ideas remain general and are not fully explained. For example, you mention that people are busy, yet do not show how this specifically leads them to buy supplements or why a healthier diet would be practical. The suggestion to “promote nutritionist” is also unclear as a means of changing behaviour. Develop each point with a concrete example and explain how it would persuade people to change their habits; this would make the response more complete and convincing.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall arrangement: an introduction, separate paragraphs for reasons and solutions, and a conclusion. Linking phrases such as “To begin with,” “In addition,” and “Moreover” help readers follow the main stages, and the conclusion returns to the central ideas. This meets the expected level of coherent organisation. However, some connections are mechanical, and the progression within paragraphs could be clearer. For instance, the move from people being busy to pills being accessible is logical but needs an explicit link explaining why convenience encourages purchases. The final paragraph largely repeats earlier points rather than drawing them together. Use clearer cause-and-effect links and develop each paragraph around one main point.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use enough vocabulary to communicate the topic, including “multivitamins,” “nutrients,” “healthcare seminars,” and “promote nutrition.” There is also some attempt to use less common expressions, such as “short duration” and “betterment.” However, several word choices and collocations are noticeably inaccurate or unnatural, which limits precision: “short cut way,” “world of work,” “fulfill the requirements of nutrients,” and “promote nutritionist” do not express the intended ideas naturally. “Medications” is also not the most precise term for vitamin pills. Build a more reliable range of topic-specific collocations and check word forms and spelling, as in “people’s health,” so your meaning is consistently clear and natural.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a conditional construction in “By telling the advantages of healthy diet, it would be possible to stop the public.” The response is generally understandable, but errors occur across sentence patterns and sometimes make the meaning less clear. Examples include “Doctors recommend to have,” “people should advised,” and “Government should arrange,” which show problems with verb patterns, passive forms, and articles. There are also errors in agreement and number, as in “these type of medications,” and punctuation is awkward in “I suggest that, government…”. Practise accurate verb patterns and article use, then proofread each sentence for agreement and punctuation. More controlled complex sentences would improve accuracy as well as range.
