Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both questions and maintain a relevant focus on why people buy supplements and how education might encourage healthier eating. The explanation that people want quick results and may be unsure about their daily vitamin needs is relevant, as is your proposal for free dietary programmes. The examples of foods and nutrients also help illustrate the advice. However, some points are not fully explained: for instance, you mention that nutritionists recommend vitamins to pregnant women but do not clarify how this contributes to spending large sums. The response would be stronger with more developed reasons, such as convenience, advertising, or concern about deficiencies, and a clearer explanation of how public education could change purchasing habits.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, a paragraph on reasons, a paragraph on possible solutions, and a conclusion. This makes the main stages of your argument easy to identify. You also use linking expressions such as “Moreover,” “Consequently,” and “To conclude.” However, some connections feel mechanical or unclear. For example, “These can be reduced” does not clearly identify what “these” refers to, and the transition from the examples of foods to “The body needs to balance this supplement” is difficult to follow. Grouping each reason and solution more explicitly, and using precise references instead of vague pronouns, would make the progression smoother.
Lexical Resource: Band 6.0
You use an adequate range of topic-related vocabulary, including “daily supplement intake,” “nutritionist,” “nutrients,” and “immune system.” These choices show an effort to discuss health and diet beyond very basic terms. Some less common expressions are attempted but are inaccurate or unnatural, such as “fastest growing world,” “get fulfilled their daily supplement intake,” and “on the tract of vitamin use.” There are also word-choice and form issues in phrases such as “healthy life-style” and “vitamins supplement.” These do not prevent the reader from understanding your main points, but they reduce precision. Aim for natural collocations and check whether a noun, adjective, or verb form is needed in each phrase.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a conditional structure in “if they can get proper guidance … then it will help” and a concessive opening with “although.” The overall meaning is usually understandable, but some grammatical errors occur in agreement, articles, verb forms, and sentence construction. For example, “Physician always support” needs a plural subject or an article and matching verb; “it is works” combines incompatible verb forms; and “almonds has” has a subject–verb agreement error. The sentence beginning “This fruits or vegetable should be taken” also has number-agreement problems. Practise checking subjects and verbs, and build complex sentences with a clear main clause.
