Student answer (Band 5.5)

Health advisors says that our every day nutritional diet can fullfill our nutrition needs. While, few individuals depend on expensive medation for thier vitamin needs . In upcoming paragraph I will discuss the reason and solution to this problem.

To begin with, I think that having hectic schedule disbalance our nutriton consumption. In other words, masses having less time to prepare food are often prefer having pakaged items to save thier time or they probably have junk food on thier way to work. Futhermore, they also do not have any scheduled time for having food due to thier intensive workload. For example, a research conducted by World Health Organitation in 2020 shown that population which have long working hours during a day have less nutrition components levels in thier body. As a result, they end up lacking in vitamins and depends on medical procedures.

However, we can solve this problem by having a routine of everyday activities. To explicate it, we can have a time to follow proper diet plan if we have organised timing for things throughout the day. In addition, choosing nutrition rich food will boost our process and make it easy for us to maintain levels of vitamins in our body. To cite an example, headline published in 'The tribune' resite that population who have proper diet on daily basis are more healthy than the ones not having it. Thus , it is ncessary to have diet plan.

In conclusion, Although, having a tight schedule can make us depend upon medicine for vitamins and other nutritions.Yet, we can overcome that problem by making schedule and choosing quality food which have great level of nutrition.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address both questions: you suggest that busy schedules lead people to rely on convenient food and supplements, then recommend planning meals and choosing nutritious foods. These ideas are relevant, and the examples about long working hours and daily diets help illustrate them. However, the first question asks specifically why people spend large sums on vitamin pills; your explanation focuses more on poor eating habits and vitamin deficiency than on why pills seem worth buying, such as convenience, advertising, or beliefs about quick health benefits. The proposed solution is also somewhat general: a routine and a diet plan are mentioned, but you could explain how people might be encouraged to adopt them. Developing these points more fully would make the response more complete.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response has a clear overall structure, with an introduction, separate paragraphs for the explanation and solution, and a conclusion. Signposting such as “To begin with,” “However,” and “In conclusion” makes the main stages easy to follow. Within paragraphs, however, some links are mechanical or unclear. For example, “As a result” connects vitamin deficiency to “medical procedures,” although the discussion is about vitamin pills, and “Thus, it is necessary to have diet plan” repeats the preceding recommendation rather than extending it. The opening also promises to discuss “the reason and solution,” which is less precise than previewing both task questions. Use clearer cause-and-effect links and develop each paragraph through a more explicit sequence of claim, explanation, and example.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You attempt vocabulary relevant to health and nutrition, including “nutritional diet,” “intensive workload,” “nutrition-rich food,” and “vitamin levels.” However, the range is limited and several spelling and word-choice errors make some phrases difficult to interpret, such as “medation,” “disbalance our nutriton consumption,” and “nutrition components levels.” Some expressions are also unnatural or imprecise: “medical procedures” does not clearly mean vitamin supplements, while “boost our process” is unclear in context. These issues fit a level where vocabulary is sufficient to communicate the general topic but errors can cause difficulty. Build accuracy by learning common collocations, for example “maintain a balanced diet,” “meet nutritional needs,” and “take supplements,” and check spelling carefully.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You use both simple and more complex forms, including a conditional clause in “if we have organised timing” and a relative clause in “population which have long working hours.” The main ideas are generally understandable, but some sentence structures and agreement patterns are faulty. For instance, “Health advisors says” has a subject–verb agreement error, and “having hectic schedule disbalance” does not form a clear grammatical clause. In “people are often prefer,” the verb pattern is incorrect; the sentence needs either “often prefer” or “are often choosing.” Articles and punctuation also need attention, as in “have diet plan” and the comma after “Although.” Practise checking each sentence for a clear subject and correctly formed verb, while retaining your attempts at complex sentences.
