Student answer (Band 5.0)
It is true that we can fullfill the needds of our body vitamins from healthy diet as doctors are told us, while a certain individuals spend a lot of money to buy these vitamins from medicals.Although, I think that there are some reasons why people spend money on vitamins, I also think that we can take these from healthy diet too.
To commence with, there are some reasons why people can spend money on vitamins. The first and foremost one is that people have not much time too make heathy diet because I know that if people wants to take healthy diet which have all the ingridrnts it take too much time that is why they take vitamins from medicine. For example, I see the fast peace of life in Canada a lot of people do 2 works in day they don't have enough time for sleep if people do not have time for sleep which is necessary for every one it is not possible to make healthy diet every day. Another one is that the impact of social media is too because nowadays everyone have cellphones they can see reels related to health and they can feel that they have lack of vitamins but they may not need if it due to this they can spend money on vietmins as compared to healthy diet.
However, I think that healthy diet is better than medicine vitamins because healthy diet is natural have all the ingridents which may not have side effects on our hrlth whereas vitamins are made by artificial it may have side effects on our health. Along with this I think that our healthy body first then work so people give time to make healthy diets as compared to focus only on work as well as buying vietmins.
In conclusion,I reiterate that healthy diet is impotant for individuals to fullfil the all ingridents in our body while medicine vitamins are right at some extent people may not depend only on it because it is wasteage of money.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You address both questions: lack of time is offered as a reason for buying supplements, and you argue that people should make time for healthier meals. The point about social media also gives a relevant second explanation. However, the response only partially develops these ideas. For instance, the Canada example focuses on people working long hours and lacking sleep, but does not clearly show why this leads them to buy vitamin pills. The second question is less fully answered: saying that a healthy diet is better and that people should give it time does not explain how they could be persuaded, such as through public information or practical meal-planning support. Your position is present, but the conclusion that supplements are “right at some extent” makes it less clear.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, a paragraph explaining reasons, a paragraph about diet, and a conclusion. Sequencing phrases such as “To commence with,” “Another one,” and “However” help signal the direction of the discussion. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow because several ideas are joined into long sentences, and some links are unclear. For example, the connection between lack of sleep and not having time to prepare food needs to be explained more directly. The paragraph beginning “However” mainly states that healthy food is preferable, rather than developing ways to persuade people. Use clearer topic sentences and connect each example explicitly to the point it supports.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “healthy diet,” “vitamins,” “social media,” and “side effects.” There are also attempts at more specific expressions, such as “fast pace of life.” However, the range is limited and several word-choice, collocation, and spelling errors make parts of the response harder to understand. Examples include “medical” for a place to buy supplements, “fast peace of life,” “ingridrnts,” and “wasteage of money.” Repetition of “healthy diet,” “people,” and “vitamins” also limits flexibility. Aim to learn accurate phrases for this topic, such as “dietary supplements,” “balanced meals,” and “misleading health claims,” and check spelling and word forms carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including clauses introduced by “because,” “if,” and “whereas.” This shows an effort to explain causes and contrast ideas. However, complex sentences are often faulty, and errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence boundaries occur frequently enough to make some points difficult to follow. For example, “doctors are told us” has an incorrect verb construction, while “if people wants” does not maintain subject–verb agreement. The sentence beginning “For example, I see the fast peace of life in Canada” also runs several ideas together without clear punctuation. Practise building shorter, accurate sentences first, then combine them using one clear subordinate clause at a time.
