IELTS Writing Task 1 question

The two maps below show road access to a city hospital in 2007 and 2010.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons wherever relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The diagram shows how the road access change towards city hospital in 2007 and 2010.

Overall ,there was a change in parking facility for public and staff ,from combine to separate parking lots for them. Even the bus stop also change and made one big bus station . Along with straight road there are 2 roundabout was also made.

In 2007 ,there was city road on south east side heading forward to that there was hospital road both the side of road there was 3 bus stop at each side. On the right side of hospital road behind the bus stop there was parking facility for both public and staff .Straight on hospital road which connects to Ring road which around the city hospital as the hospital is in center of Ring road.

In 2010 ,from the south east by city road by taking sharp right roundabout and continue of hospital road where on right side there was staff car park and on left side there was bus station .Moving forwards the first roundabout which connect with Ring road ,by taking slit left turn continue on Ring road but by sharp right and move forward there was a car park for public.
