In the recent years, the world is becoming advance and changing it self. So, there are also some other changes has been taken placed in hospitals and vise versa.

In the year 2007, the road access to a "City Hospital" just had a hospital on its side. There was not any inventions on the side of a road. Due to the fact that the world is changing a lot. so I, fundamentally agree that we should enhance our roads with the things that provides benefits for people. There was noting on any side of road except a hospital.

In the illustration of a road access to a city hospital there are many changes that has been taken. In the year 2010, the road is changed a lot. It was notoriously intractable to find a nearby bus station. But this issue has been resolved in the road access to hospital in 2010. On the west a new bus station is made for the people. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 4.0

The response fails to maintain an objective, academic tone, instead including personal opinions such as 'I, fundamentally agree that we should enhance our roads'. This is inappropriate for an Academic Task 1 report. While the main features (the bus station and the car park) are identified, the description is hindered by irrelevant commentary about the world changing. The overview is weak and lacks a clear summary of the overall trends. To improve, focus strictly on reporting the data provided in the maps without adding personal commentary or philosophical musings about urban development.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0

The essay is divided into paragraphs, but the logical progression is disrupted by the inclusion of irrelevant personal opinions. Cohesive devices are used, but often incorrectly or in a way that feels mechanical, such as the repetitive use of 'In the year 2007' and 'In the year 2010'. The transition between the introduction and the body paragraphs is disjointed. To improve, ensure each paragraph focuses on a specific aspect of the data and use linking words to connect comparisons rather than simply listing features.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary is limited and contains several errors in word choice and collocation. Phrases like 'inventions on the side of a road' and 'notoriously intractable' are used incorrectly in this context. The student relies on basic vocabulary and struggles to use precise terminology to describe the map features (e.g., 'a new bus station is made' instead of 'a bus station was constructed'). There is a lack of variety, and the errors occasionally make the intended meaning slightly unclear.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.5

There are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text, including subject-verb agreement issues ('there are also some other changes has been taken placed') and incorrect verb tenses. The sentence structures are mostly simple or contain errors when attempting more complex forms. Punctuation is also inconsistent, with unnecessary capitalization of 'HOWEVER' and misuse of full stops. The frequency of these errors is high, which impacts the overall readability of the report.
