IELTS Writing Task 1 question
The two maps below show road access to a city hospital in 2007 and 2010.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons wherever relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.5)
There are two maps which illustrates the road access to a city hospital of two different years like 2007 and 2010.
In 2007, the city hospital was located in the center of ring road at the north side. The bus stop was placed in both side of hospital road. At the east of hospital road and north of city road, the car park is situated for public and for hospital staff. In 2010, mostly places near the city hospital were get changed such as roundabout was build to connect the ring road and the hospital road. It also build between city road and hospital road. The new area was made for bus station at the west of hospital road and connected to both roundabout. The place of parking for staff and public was changed to just for staff of hospital and a new area was given to common people at the east of the ring road for their car.
