The two maps below show road access to a city hospital in 2007 and 2010.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons wherever relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.5)

The provided diagrams illustrate the information regarding available road to reach the city hospital in 2007 and 2010.

Overall, By thoroughly analysing the drawings it identified that very few facilities available in 2007, while in 2010 plan bus station, staff parking, and three roundabout were constructed.

In 2007, city hospital plan has only one entrance road which connected to city road, also 6 bus stops area provided near the hospital road. In addition, ring riad around the hospital which was connected to hospital road and provide entrance from the public and staff parking area.

In 2010, city hospital area underwent to renovation and constructed new facilities. Hospital and ring road was at the same place but one roundabout constructed on the junction of hospital road. However, public parking and staff parking was separated and shifted to north direction near the ring road. In addition new bus area allocated near the road with two entrance connected to roundabout of city road and hospital road.
