The two maps below show road access to a city hospital in 2007 and 2010.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons wherever relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The two maps gives the directions of The City hospital in 2007 and 2010. Overall, in three years, few changes have been observed. Bus station has been built on the west of the hospital road, replacing bus stands. Moreover, in 2007 the car park area for both staff and public was common which was situated at the east of of hospital road. However, in 2010 the public car park area gets separated and now its at the east of the city hospital which can be reached via ring road.

In 2007, there were six bus stops at the hospital road. Furthermore, there was a car parking area for both staff and which is located on the right of hospital road.

In 2010, bus station has been constructed on the west of hospital road. On the right side of the road, there is staff car park area. Moving towards north, there comes a roundabout. Passing through the round about, moving along ring road, there comes a public car parking area which is located at the right of the city hospital.
