The two maps below show road access to a city hospital in 2007 and 2010.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons wherever relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.0)

The maps illustrates how redirection the road access to city hospital from the year 2007 to 2010.

Overall, the road undergoes various changes, roundabouts were constructed.

In 2007, hospital road has three access East, West and south. There are different bus stops on the both side of hospital road, pervious layout has joint parking for staff and public on the East side. There is a Ring Road on the all sides of City Hospital.

In 2010, the major change is in two new roundabouts constructed. All six bus stops are combined into one big between the two roundabouts. Another change is separate parking areas allocation for staff and public, staff parking is at it pervious place but public parking is moved to eastern side of hospital. There were two main entranced in 2007 but in 2010 it doubled. As people entered from public or staff parking, straight from hospital road using round about and major one bus station.
