The two maps below show road access to a city hospital in 2007 and 2010.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons wherever relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.0)
The given two maps illustrate the entrance locations of a hospital in the years 2007 and 2010. Infrastructure of the area has been modified including the establishment of a round about connected to the building whereas, the second round about is installed at the city road in 2010.
The most noticeable additions in the hospitals' surroundings are high-end roads connecting the bus station and an extra parking lot directly to the hospital. Contrary to this ,their was only one entrance to the City hospital in 2007.The two major roundabouts coonect the hospital road with City hospital and City Road.
The east side of the hospital is facilitated with a consective public car park at the plane area that used to be in 2007. The two round abouts that join the hospital with City Road are constructed for easy transportation.In 2010, a round about is built at the location of old bus stop
The bus stop in the east is now introduced just beside the hospital in the south-west.This whole modification is done to bring the traffic congestion issues down .
