The two maps below show road access to a city hospital in 2007 and 2010.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons wherever relevant.

Overall, the maps depict significant changes in transportation facilities around the hospital during the aforementioned years, including the introduction of a bus station, relocation of staff car park, and the addition of a roundabout on City Road.
