The two maps below show road access to a city hospital in 2007 and 2010.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons wherever relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.5)
The maps illustrate road access to a city hospital in 2007 and 2010.
Overall, it is evident that there was addition of some new things in city hospital of 2010. However, the separate public car park and bus station were introduced in city hospital in 2010. Two roundabouts were also included between the hospital road in new hospital.
In 2007, there was a ring road at the North of hospital. In additon, there was a bus stop for staff and public along both sides of hospital road. Furthermore, at the south side there was a city road.
Additionally, various new sectors were introduced in the city hospital of 2010. A separate public car park was included at east side of hospital. However, ring road and city road remained at the same place. Two roundabouts were added between hospital road. On the west side of hospital, there was a new bus station and on the east side a separate staff car park was added
