The two maps below show road access to a city hospital in 2007 and 2010.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons wherever relevant.

The provided two maps compares a road access to a city hospital in 2007 and 2010.
Overall, the road connecting to a city hospital has expanded. A public transportation and separate parking zones have been added around the hospital proximity.
In 2007, City hospital was situation insde a ring road which was in the northern side. To the south-east, a city road was connected to the hospital road. The car park park for the staff and public was in betten the hospital road and city road.
In 2010, two roundabouts are added which connects hospital road and gives access to the bus station in the south-west. The roundabout connects with ring road. The city hospital is still located inside ring road. In the north-east of the hospital side, there is parking area for the public and staff car park is situated between the hospital road and city road.
