IELTS Writing Task 1 question

The two maps below show road access to a city hospital in 2007 and 2010.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons wherever relevant.

Student answer (Band 4.0)

In 2007 pic graph explain the non attention of Government on roads especially for embolance because whenever there become emergency and Embolance run out with high speed there is only a one way to for main road vehicle and embolance there is not a round circle our chock for pathway there shuld be a accident in thus situation.

But in 2010 there is a best rute for public and hospital vihicle to go out or in. There is also 2 round pathway one for specialy like embolance but also public transportation three is a well structure road and map for transportation and even for pathway .This structure reduced the road accident and manitain transportation even in amergency situation.

So this structure look wonderful for every point by view.
