The two maps below show road access to a city hospital in 2007 and 2010.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons wherever relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.0)
The two maps compares road acess to a city hospital in 2007 and 2010.
Overall, There are major changes made in new hospital building, while interior side and ring road remained unchanged. Road infrastructure totally changed and also provided parking facilities in new hospital area.
In 2007, Hospital road was directly linked with city road and there was parking on both side of hospital road. There was car parking for the staff and public on the right side, while left side open area of the hospital side was for the buses.
In 2010, The hospital building has two roundabout, first was linked with main city road and hospital road. The other roundabout built at the main gate which was connected with parking area and main entrance. Furthermore they constructed seprate car parking for the staff on the right side. Also added bus station on the left side of the hospital road which was connected with both roundabout. The car parking for local people was built in the North East corner of hospital building.
