The both maps illsutartes the road acces to city hospital between 2007 to 2010.

Overall, In 2007 the infrastuture of city hospital was not too much advanced. While in 2010 they developed the traffic system and also make some changes.

In 2007 the main City road on west to south in the middle of city road was attached to hospital road, Whereas the both side of hospital road there was some bus stop and also on the east side there was car parking area for staff and also for public. The car parking area was attaced to a ring road which covered the whole city hospital from every side.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5

You cover the main changes and provide an overview contrasting the less developed 2007 layout with the changes by 2010. You correctly identify the bus stops being replaced by a bus station, the former shared parking becoming staff parking, and a separate public car park being added. This gives the response a solid account of the maps. Some details, however, are unclear or inaccurate: the 2007 ring road did not cover the hospital on every side, and in 2010 the roundabouts were on Hospital Road at its junctions with Ring Road and City Road, rather than City Road itself being converted into a roundabout. The bus station’s access arrangements are also described imprecisely. More exact reporting of these relationships would make the overview and comparisons more complete.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, an overview, and separate descriptions of the two years. The contrast signalled by “In contrast” helps the reader follow the transition from 2007 to 2010, and the main features are grouped broadly by map. However, the long final paragraph contains several changes in one sentence, linked repeatedly with “and also,” “whereas,” and “however.” This makes the sequence of locations and connections difficult to track. Some references, such as “the another side” and “they,” are not immediately clear. Use shorter sentences and organise the details in a consistent route-based order—for example, from the hospital outward along Hospital Road—to improve progression and cohesion.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use relevant map vocabulary, including “bus station,” “staff car parking area,” “public car parking area,” and “roundabout,” and you attempt to describe change with phrases such as “converted to” and “separated.” This is enough to communicate the broad comparison, but word choice and spelling errors are noticeable and sometimes make the description less precise. Examples include “illsutartes,” “infrastuture,” “acces,” and “separte”; “car parking area” is also repeated where “car park” would be more natural. Some collocations are awkward, such as “the ring road remain same” and “covers the whole sides.” Build a more accurate set of map-description phrases and check spelling, while choosing verbs that precisely describe what was added, removed, or relocated.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including contrasts introduced by “While” and “Whereas,” and the overall meaning can usually be understood. However, control is inconsistent, particularly in the longer sentences that combine several map features. For example, “the 2010 infrastruture were totally changed” has a subject–verb agreement problem, while “they developed the traffic system and also make some changes” shifts tense. Articles and sentence boundaries also need attention: “The both maps” is not a correct opening, and the final paragraph runs through multiple clauses without clear punctuation. Practise accurate past-tense descriptions and divide complex comparisons into complete, manageable sentences; this will make your range more effective and reduce errors that currently obscure relationships.
