IELTS Writing Task 2 question

Living in a country where you have to speak a foreign language can cause serious social problems, as well as practical problems.

To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Student answer (Band 4.0)

A different countries have different types of people with their language , nature and culture. Not everyone knows all languages, country will gives education to kids in their mother language.

So, living in a country where i have to speak a foreign language can cause serious social problems, as well as problems. By having a transfer of my own from job to the paris, so i was very bad unknown about french language i only know my mother tounge and english language.

It makes my social works fall down in job need to established company advertisement in french language. practical works like having dealing with parish business men so if they come for meeting it makes very difficult in communication to each other, i can't explain with any more reason

By all this my reason is disagree for this staten
