Living in a country where you have to speak a foreign language can cause serious social problems, as well as practical problems.
To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
Student answer (Band 5.0)
Living in a country where we have to speak a foreign language should have serious reason for social issues, as well as practical difficulties.
On the one hand, residing in a country where you have to speak a foreign language should cause a social problems because so many people do not understand other country languages, while some people make this practical when they are working in the professional environment, Furthermore at some work places people have to speak foreign languages for their work professionals. For example, as a employment working in the IT sector and other platforms especially as a voice calling they should speak different kinds of languages. In addition, these type of work will need a professional otherwise it will create a practical issue when they do not speak well.
On the other hand, i agree with this statement because when people are staying in the birth nation when they speak other languages very people do not undersatnd the language and it makes trouble such as social problems as well practical aslo because when this topics raised on social and these all create practical problems. For instance, when people speak foreign language example korean language people do no these language in every county these make social issue.
In conclusion, working professionals at the work place will have to speak a foreign languages for their work as a voice calling other than that if they will speak other languages on public places other people do not understood the other foreign languages this will create a social issues on public places while in my view these is not a correct behaviour.
