IELTS Writing Task 2 question

Living in a country where you have to speak a foreign language can cause serious social problems, as well as practical problems.

To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Student answer (Band 5.0)

Today, living in country where i have to speak a foreign language it cause some serious social problems like to interact with other, difficult to communicate as well as practical problems, such as in job areas, on interview or additions. Many people were passing from this type of difficulties but regular classes, practice and confidence may help to learn foreign language and make them to easy.

To speak in foreign languages in country where living and if i am not able to speak fluently and confidant that create some difficulties in academic performance, or as a employee, part-time worker, also in tele communication. we can not understand the language or even not able to speak foreign languages that cause serious problems. For instance, if i am working in company and i have to deal with a lawyer, it does not make sense because if i can not read documents or can not understood what exactly the problem. Moreover, learning a foreign language is important because you have to deal with many people to communicate and many documentation, and help to build confidence in yourself.

There are many problems that faced by living people in foreign countries, but also the practice and effective teaching class helps to learn languages. Nowadays, in cities many people taking classes to learn new language to develop internal confidence and communication,.how to write and speak. Furthermore, it takes time to learn new language but patience, efforts and continue learning helps to many people, and make them easy to survive in another country.

In conclusion, it is difficult to learn new languages and speak a foreign language, also create some social problems to interact but continue learning and practice help each people to speak and how to survive.
