Student answer (Band 5.0)
Nowadays mostly people living in a country have to speak foreign language it can lead to to serious social isuues, as well as practical probelm. I agree with this beacuse it can create some conversation problem between foreigners.
Firstly, many people have to speak native language in their own country because it can't create any social problems. For example, recently my friend went to a The United Kingdom he did't understand the country language and my buddy suffer alot in middle of learning. After one year he understood and gain more knowledge on language now he speak convinent to The UK people easily. He can't create any social and practical problems. As a result, if a person go to abroad countries learn the native language little bit because it does'nt create any issues like social problems.
Secondly, on these days so many people get social issues like unemployement, pollution and poverty this is happening because speaking in foreign language. For instance, many people are living in abroad countries to do jobs and education pupose. Indian citizens are going to others countries like Germany, The United States and Britain the individuals get some practical issues that is searching for jobs, lack of money it is goes loss of country because indiain people are living on those countries.
In conclusion, I agree with this situation beacuse it can create social and practical issues. To slove this indian people go to other countries fo only higher education and visit tourist place of abroad countries.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt by taking a clear position of agreement, noting that living in a foreign-language country can cause social and practical problems. However, the development of ideas is limited and at times confusing. For instance, the second paragraph states that people have to speak the native language in their own country to avoid problems, which slightly misinterprets the premise of the prompt regarding living in a foreign country. Examples provided, such as the friend in the UK and general references to Indian citizens in Germany or the US, are somewhat generalized and lack clear elaboration. While the main stance is discernible, the ideas are under-developed, placing this response in Band 5.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The essay is organised into introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion, showing some organizational structure. However, there is a lack of clear overall progression, and cohesive devices are frequently mechanical, inaccurate, or missing. Transitions between sentences and paragraphs feel abrupt, such as the sudden shift in the second paragraph regarding the author's friend. Additionally, referencing is occasionally unclear, as seen in phrases like 'this is happening because speaking in foreign language' and 'it is goes loss of country'. Paragraphing is attempted, but the internal logical flow of ideas within paragraphs needs significant strengthening to achieve a higher band score.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
The vocabulary used is basic and repetitive, with several noticeable errors that restrict the clarity of the message. Examples of awkward word choice and collocation include 'conversation problem', 'speak convinent to', and 'pupose' instead of purpose. There are also frequent spelling and grammatical word-form errors, such as 'isuues', 'probelm', 'beacuse', 'unemployement', and 'slove'. While the writer attempts to use less common vocabulary like 'unemployment' and 'environment', inaccuracies in collocation and word choice mean that the lexical resource remains limited and minimally adequate for the task.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but control over grammar is weak, resulting in frequent errors that occasionally cause difficulty for the reader. There are persistent issues with subject-verb agreement, tense consistency, and missing prepositions, such as 'if a person go to abroad countries learn the native language little bit' and 'the individuals get some practical issues that is searching for jobs'. Run-on sentences and comma splices are also present, for instance, 'Nowadays mostly people living in a country have to speak foreign language it can lead to to serious social isuues'. These frequent structural and mechanical errors cap the grammar score.
