In today's world, when you're living a country where you have to speak a foreign language and it can cause serious social problem moreover practical problems. I strongly argue that both problems are significant.
Firstly, I strongly believe that when we make a friends group, we can't communicate in English that time its very difficult to understand them and connected with them..also difficult for communicate local people..that time you can't survive there...Secondly, you can't handle practical problems...you have to facing more problems and its difficult for you single era life..for instance, difficulty at hospital problems, banks or works in additionally education life.when you can't speak anything anywhere it can be serious significant for your whole life

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
The response addresses the task only partially, as the length requirement of 250 words is not met, with the student's text containing only 182 words. While the writer manages to present a basic position agreeing with the statement, the ideas are limited and under-developed. For instance, the points regarding social issues and practical difficulties like handling bank or hospital problems are mentioned briefly without sufficient expansion, explanation, or relevant specific examples from personal experience. To reach a higher level, the writer needs to fully extend their ideas, provide a fully developed response that meets the minimum word count, and explore both social and practical problems in greater depth with well-supported arguments.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
There is some basic organisation with the use of paragraphing and transition words like 'Firstly', 'Secondly', and 'In conclusion', but the response lacks clear overall progression. The internal structure of paragraphs is weak, characterised by run-on thoughts and fragmented sentences, such as in the second paragraph where multiple ideas are crowded together with repetitive punctuation like double periods. Furthermore, cohesive devices are sometimes inadequate or inaccurate, and referencing is not always clear, making the logical flow difficult to follow at times. To improve coherence and cohesion, the writer should ensure that each paragraph has a clear central topic, use cohesive devices more accurately, and build a smoother, more logical progression of ideas from the introduction through to the conclusion.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
The vocabulary used is limited and minimally adequate for the task, with noticeable errors that occasionally cause difficulty for the reader. The writer relies on basic, repetitive terms and attempts simple paraphrasing that often results in awkward word choice and collocation, such as 'single era life' or 'serious significant'. There are also lexical inaccuracies and word form errors throughout the text, such as using 'communicate' instead of 'communicating' or 'connected'. To move up to a higher band, the writer must expand their lexical range by incorporating less common vocabulary, improving word formation, and ensuring that word choices and collocations are accurate and appropriate for an academic context.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
The response demonstrates a very limited range of grammatical structures, relying mostly on simple sentences with frequent attempts at complex structures that are often faulty. There are frequent errors in grammar, punctuation, and sentence construction, such as missing articles ('living a country', 'at hospital problems'), incorrect verb forms ('everyday should to practice'), and fragmented sentence boundaries. These errors are frequent and can cause some difficulty for the reader to fully grasp the intended meaning. To achieve a higher score, the writer needs to demonstrate a greater variety of complex sentence forms, improve control over basic grammatical agreements and prepositions, and significantly reduce the frequency of grammatical errors.
