Student answer (Band 5.5)
Acquire acomodation in a country with different language can cause major social problems and practical issues too. It is because of completely different mode of communication. However, it depends on the persons ability to understand the language. I partly agree with the statement.
On the one hand, living in a place where you have to communicate in foreign language might be helpful in a different way : financial stability, a good lifestyle and work life balance too. Foreign language plays a crucial role in all that given aspects. By providing the opportunity to communicate and implementation of your work ability. For example, the health-care worker who has learned the foreign language can improve his life by living in a developed country. Which gives him a greater opportunities too in career.
On the other hand, poor grip on language can leads to serious consiquence. For instance, the misunderstanding between healthcare worker owing to language can put patients life in danger. Besides this practical problem, in some cases it can cause some vital social issues too. The life and the surviving largely depends on the ability of communication. If you are not able to speak the language you cannot able to communicate with people and also become isolated. It leads individual to the more psycosocial issues.
From my opinion, it depends on the persons ability, communication skills and the mindset. If he has decided to live in a foreign language country he has to mastered the language first.
To conclude, living in a foreign language country can provide a good life style with financial stability but the language proficiency is very crucial for the individual. The poor language grip can cause serious life consiquences.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
Your position is clear: you partly agree, and the conclusion reinforces that language proficiency affects whether living abroad is beneficial or difficult. You address both practical and social consequences, especially through the healthcare example and the point that limited communication can lead to isolation. These are relevant responses to the prompt. However, the positive paragraph focuses mainly on financial stability, lifestyle and career opportunities, rather than explaining how foreign-language demands themselves create or reduce practical problems. The claim that someone should master the language before moving is also stronger than the earlier, more balanced position and is not fully explained. Develop each side with a clearer link to the question and more specific supporting detail.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, two contrasting body paragraphs and a conclusion. The signposts “On the one hand,” “On the other hand,” and “To conclude” help readers follow the main direction, and the ideas generally progress from benefits to risks. Some connections are less clear or mechanical, however. The opening moves quickly from communication difficulties to the claim that outcomes depend on ability, while the first body paragraph’s sentence beginning “By providing…” is a fragment and does not connect smoothly to the preceding point. The healthcare example also needs a clearer explanation of how it supports the paragraph’s claim. Use complete sentences and make the relationship between each example and its main idea explicit.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “financial stability,” “communication,” “isolated,” and “psychosocial issues,” which helps convey the main ideas. However, the range and control are limited by repeated or imprecise expressions such as “foreign language country,” “poor grip on language,” and “serious consiquence.” Several spelling and word-choice errors make the writing less natural, including “acomodation,” “psycosocial,” and “surviving.” Some phrases also do not express the intended meaning precisely; for example, “implementation of your work ability” is difficult to interpret. Aim for accurate, natural collocations and check spelling carefully. More precise vocabulary for social isolation, access to services and workplace communication would make the discussion clearer and more flexible.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including conditional structures such as “If you are not able to speak the language…” and a relative clause in “the health-care worker who has learned…”. The overall meaning is usually understandable, but some errors in sentence structure and grammar reduce accuracy. “By providing the opportunity…” is a fragment, and “Which gives him…” is another incomplete sentence. There are also errors in agreement and verb patterns, as in “poor grip on language can leads” and “he has to mastered the language.” Articles and sentence boundaries need attention too, as in “in foreign language” and the missing space after “communication.” Practise joining dependent clauses to complete sentences and checking subject–verb agreement and verb forms.
