Student answer (Band 5.0)
Living in a country where we have to speak a foreign language can cause serious social problems, as well as practical problems.
I agree on above statement that if we are settling in another country , can cause languange problem , social and practical probelm as .
We always experienced that if we are new someone whether it is someone how , a country or a place, If we are not familiar with those things it cause lot of problem ,Like langauge, food , accommodation knowing about the country policies , rules and regulation , moreover the society in we live how the people is , there behavior ,whether they are helpful, or not lot things comes in a mind till the time things cant sorted out which lead depression socially mentally as well practically.
Generally this kind of problems face by an international student those who left their home for their career prospect . They moved to another country alone where live many years for study, they keep lock themselves in one room, they fight with many challenges. like language which is new for them .
Another problem finding jobs which mentally harassed if they didnt find a suitable for job for their carreer and while they studying same problem arrived in searching of part time jo .
Staying alone and far miles away from family. mentally depressed them.
This and staying in another counrty and fighting with the obstacles mentally prepares them for their excellent career opportunities.
Thus i can say living in another country cause lot of problem but it just for intial period of time . after handling those challenges create better fulfillment and level of privilege for ourself like we did it.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You take a clear overall position by agreeing that living abroad can create social and practical difficulties, and you give relevant examples involving international students, isolation, language barriers and job searches. You also add a qualification at the end: these challenges may be temporary and can lead to career opportunities. However, the response addresses the task only partially because the main ideas are listed rather than explained in depth. For instance, you mention unfamiliar rules and social behaviour, but do not show specifically how these create serious problems. The discussion of practical difficulties is also brief, and the final claim about career benefits is not fully connected to your argument. Develop fewer points with clear explanations and examples.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
There is a basic overall shape: an introduction, discussion of difficulties, and a concluding view that the problems may be temporary. The examples are generally related to the topic. However, progression between ideas is difficult to follow, particularly in the long paragraph beginning “We always experienced,” where language, food, accommodation, policies and social behaviour are crowded together. Several points are repeated, such as being alone and feeling depressed, without a clear sequence. Linking words such as “moreover,” “Generally” and “Thus” are attempted, but some connections are unclear or mechanical. Use separate paragraphs for social and practical problems, and make each paragraph develop one main point with a clear example and a concluding link.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “international student,” “career prospect,” “accommodation,” “challenges” and “opportunities,” which helps communicate the general subject. However, the range is limited and several word choices or combinations are inaccurate, sometimes making the meaning difficult to interpret. Examples include “keep lock themselves in one room,” “mentally harassed” and “better fulfillment and level of privilege.” There are also frequent spelling errors, such as “languange,” “probem” and “counrty,” which reduce clarity. Build a more precise set of expressions for isolation, adjustment and employment difficulties, and check spelling carefully. Prefer natural collocations, such as “feel isolated” and “struggle to find part-time work.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences, including a conditional idea in “if we are not familiar with those things,” and you try to connect causes and results. However, the range is limited, and complex sentences are often difficult to control. For example, “I agree on above statement that if we are settling in another country, can cause…” lacks a clear grammatical subject and has an incomplete structure. Agreement and verb forms are also inconsistent, as in “the people is” and “problems face by an international student.” Articles, plurals and punctuation are frequently inaccurate, and some sentences run together. Practise building accurate subject–verb–object sentences first, then add subordinate clauses while checking that each sentence has a complete main clause.
