Student answer (Band 5.0)
A country where we live if we have to speak in foreign language this can play a key role for us in social problem and as well as practical problem. I really agree and disagree with some statemantes.
Firt and formost aspect is we can not engage easily with community furthermore if we have to take some assist from any institution this will be difficult for us to tell them about issue moreover we can not softly engage with society, apart from that, this also cause of negative impact on our practical problem in which country where we have to live we have to do something for our survival due to the language barrier we dont well engage with our occupation. learn language is neccesary for us, in country where we lived otherwise we can face major concequences for our basic survival.
on the other hand, I strongely agree with this statement we have to learn different language because this enhance our knowledge due to this cause we learn different culture and as well as their tradition and value . being a human we have to respect and lerarn differnt eole believe so that before enganing in conflict with other people we comprehend their set of mind.
In conclusion, learn different language is beneficial for us,and also this is curicial for every foreigner moreover in early time period we have to face several challanges afterthat we attain many benefit due to language and easily engage with differnt countries socities and also will help in practical life.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You address both social and practical difficulties, mentioning problems engaging with the community, seeking help from institutions, and managing work or survival. You also give a position, but “I really agree and disagree” is unclear, and the response later shifts towards the benefits of learning another language rather than consistently judging whether living with a foreign-language requirement causes serious problems. The ideas are relevant, but they remain general: for example, you do not explain a specific situation in which communication creates a serious social or practical consequence. Make your degree of agreement explicit and sustain it throughout, then develop each main point with a clear explanation and a relevant example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has an introduction, a main paragraph about difficulties, a contrasting paragraph, and a conclusion, so there is some visible organisation. However, the overall progression is difficult to follow because the position changes from partial agreement to “I strongly agree” with learning languages, which is not the same as agreeing with the task statement. Linking expressions such as “furthermore,” “moreover,” and “apart from that” are used repeatedly, sometimes joining several different ideas in one long sentence. The conclusion also introduces benefits without clearly resolving the argument. Give each paragraph one central purpose, use clearer topic sentences, and connect ideas through explanation and reference rather than relying mainly on linking phrases.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “language barrier,” “community,” “occupation,” “culture,” and “tradition.” This gives you a basic range for discussing the issue. However, spelling errors and imprecise or unnatural combinations are noticeable and sometimes make the meaning harder to understand, as in “softly engage,” “negative impact on our practical problem,” and “different eole believe.” Several key terms are also repeated, particularly “language,” “problem,” and “different.” Aim to learn accurate collocations and check spelling carefully; for instance, describe difficulty “communicating with local residents” or “accessing public services.” More precise vocabulary would help you express the relevant ideas without changing their meaning.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt longer sentences and use some subordinate clauses, such as “if we have to take some assist from any institution this will be difficult,” but these structures are often faulty or difficult to follow. Errors include missing or incorrect articles and verb forms (“learn language is necessary”), subject–verb agreement (“this also cause”), and sentence boundaries where several clauses run together. There are also problems with plural forms and tense consistency, as in “in country where we lived.” These frequent errors can make the reader work to identify the intended meaning. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then combine them using one clear subordinate clause at a time. Check articles, agreement, and punctuation when editing.
