Student answer (Band 5.5)
In this day and age, some people assert that living in a nation, and speak different language can lead to severe social issues, as well as practical problems. I partially agree with this notion due to cultural shock and opportunity.
To begin with, the first reason is that people can face cultural difference because every countries have thier own traditions and festivals, and they proudly celebrate in thier local regions and city. As a result, sometimes outsiders can not adjust in these environment and feel isolated. For instance, in India, most of the undeveloped cities local people not welcoming foreign people who speak other language such as spanish, english , french becuase they not properly communicate with different people.
On flip side, in few countries people can adjust in every kind of language and different people because of significant job opportunity. This means that, some people can communicate with different language and some time they do only thier work and not need of any kind of interactions. For exaple, in America huge number of working proffesionals work in big companies like, amazon, facebook, instagram and in these companies owners need only skilled worker not good communicater. Seconaly, nowadys with digital devices people can intract with every kind of people .
In conclusion, although people can face culture difference in developing countries, i personally think that people can adjust with digital devices to convay thier thoughts and feeling with just few seconds and some countries higher employees owing to thier practical skills nor language.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
Your position is stated as partial agreement, and you give relevant reasons involving cultural adjustment and communication at work. The example about feeling isolated in India helps illustrate a possible social problem. However, the response only partly develops the task: practical problems are not clearly explained, and the second main point shifts towards job opportunities and digital devices without showing in detail how these reduce language-related difficulties. The claim that employers need “only skilled worker not good communicater” is broad and needs explanation or a more specific example. To strengthen the response, address both social and practical problems directly, then explain how far you agree and support each point with a clear, relevant example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion. Sequencing phrases such as “To begin with,” “On flip side,” and “In conclusion” help signal the stages of the argument. However, progression within the second body paragraph is less clear: job opportunities, limited workplace interaction and digital devices are introduced as separate ideas without being linked sufficiently. Some connections are also mechanical or unclear, particularly “This means that” and “Seconaly.” The conclusion repeats the main ideas but its final sentence is difficult to follow, so it does not clearly resolve the argument. Group each paragraph around one main point and use explicit links to show how each example supports it.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt topic-related vocabulary, including “cultural shock,” “isolated,” “job opportunity,” and “digital devices,” and the reader can generally identify your intended subject. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, which sometimes makes meaning difficult to follow. For example, “face cultural difference” is not a natural expression, and “owners need only skilled worker not good communicater” is imprecise. Spelling errors such as “thier,” “becuase,” “proffesionals,” and “intract” are noticeable and reduce accuracy. Build a bank of natural phrases for language barriers and social adjustment, and check spelling and word forms carefully. More precise vocabulary would help you explain your ideas without relying on broad claims.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You use both simple statements and attempts at longer sentences, including a cause-and-effect structure beginning “As a result” and a concession in the conclusion. However, complex sentences are often faulty, and errors in agreement, verb forms, articles and sentence construction can make parts difficult to understand. For example, “every countries have” has incorrect agreement, while “people can face cultural difference because every countries have” needs more accurate plural and article forms. The opening phrase “living in a nation, and speak different language” also lacks a parallel grammatical structure. The final sentence is incomplete or poorly formed, obscuring your conclusion. Practise building accurate sentences with one main clause and a clearly connected supporting clause before adding more complex structures.
