Student answer (Band 5.0)
The given statement illustrate that the living in a country where you have to speak a foreign language can cause serious social problems, as well as practical problems.
Generally speaking, in all countries they have a local language are speaking in own country students is go to foreign country for the seeking of better education firstly they want to know about this country local language. The benefit of this is that he easily communite and share his feelings with other individuals. They help him to improve this social attraction and they don't take any serious problems. While, it did not have any practical problems also you done your studies and do work in foreign country for lot of years you don't be able to apply for permanent residency if you don't know local language.
Secondly, language is how we make friends and share jokes. If you cannot speak fluently, it is hard to join conversations, which can make you feel very lonely and isolated. It is very hard to get a good job if you cannot speak the local language well, even if you have great work experience. People often end up taking lower-paying jobs just to get by. They give have a side job like helper, dishwasher, clearning stuff etc. In this way you don't talk so much to local community. Because it is hard to read contracts, housing leases, or bills in a foreign language, people are more vulnerable to scams, unfair prices, or hidden fees.
Last but not the least i want to say that to learning local language of any country is very crucial for all foreign students for living.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You address both social and practical consequences, with relevant points about loneliness, difficulty finding work, and vulnerability when reading contracts or bills. However, the response only partially fulfils the task because your position is not consistently clear: the opening repeats the statement, while the first body paragraph suggests that learning the language prevents problems, and the later paragraphs describe serious difficulties when it is not known. The final sentence recommends learning the local language but does not clearly state how far you agree with the claim. Some ideas, such as the effect on students and permanent residency, are introduced but not explained. State your degree of agreement directly and develop each main reason with a clear explanation or example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
The response has an introduction, body paragraphs and a conclusion, and signposts such as “Secondly” and “Last but not the least” show an attempt to organise the discussion. However, progression is uneven: the first body paragraph shifts between students learning a language, social benefits and permanent residency, so the relationship between its points is difficult to follow. The opening also repeats the prompt rather than establishing a clear direction. Some linking is mechanical or unclear, as in “While, it did not have any practical problems also,” and “In this way” does not make the connection to the preceding job examples precise. Group social effects in one paragraph and practical effects in another, then use clear topic sentences and links that show cause and result.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “lonely and isolated,” “lower-paying jobs,” “housing leases,” and “hidden fees.” These phrases help communicate several specific consequences. However, the range is limited and there are noticeable errors in word choice, collocation and spelling that sometimes make meaning difficult to follow. Examples include “social attraction” for social interaction, “clearning stuff,” and “They give have a side job.” Some expressions are also imprecise, such as “for the seeking of better education” and “serious problems” when the type of problem could be named. Build a more accurate set of topic phrases and check spelling and natural word combinations before submitting.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including a conditional structure in “If you cannot speak fluently, it is hard to join conversations” and a clause beginning “Because it is hard to read contracts…”. However, the range is limited, and frequent errors in sentence structure, verb forms and agreement can make parts difficult to understand. For example, “in all countries they have a local language are speaking” lacks a clear grammatical structure, while “students is go” and “you don't be able to apply” use incorrect verb forms. Articles and pronouns are also inconsistent, as in “the living in a country” and the shifts between “he,” “you” and “they.” Practise building accurate subject–verb–object sentences before combining them into longer clauses.
