Student answer (Band 5.5)
People living in abroad countries face numerous social and practical issues of their native language. I agree with this notion because they are only fluent in their mother language so they do not understand or convey their message to public. Job hunting for such individuals is also difficult in foreign countries.
People from developing nations migrate to abroad countries for better lifestyle and to support their families financially. They do not have enough money to learn foreign language from their hometown. So, they face difficulties when reach in an unknown country having totally different way of speaking and culture. They regret when nobody understand their communication or they use hand expressions to convey message. For instance, My elder brother went to Germany 2 years ago. He learned basic german language from you tube but when he arrived at the airport he was hungary and wanted to eat something. He worried when nobody understand his language that what he wanted.
Furthermore, those students which move on study visas in countries like Germany, Ireland, Spain, Italy they faces many hurdles in job hunting because of language barrier. Due to this, they remain unemployed or do low paying jobs in which salary is in the form of black money. For example, one of my classfellow went to ireland, she is highly qualified but do not learn irish language. Nowadays, she is doing dusting job in parliament and her salary hardly meets her expenses.
By concluding, I agree with this because it is very heartbreaking when i see someone in pain after leaving home so I suggest to learn foreign language from online resources and gain full command on it.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
Your position is clear from the opening: you agree that living where a foreign language is needed creates social and practical difficulties. You address both areas through communication problems and barriers to employment, and the examples about your brother in Germany and your classmate in Ireland make the response relevant. However, the social consequences are less fully developed than the employment point: the discussion mainly describes difficulty communicating, without explaining wider effects such as isolation or trouble forming relationships. Some claims, including that migrants cannot afford language lessons before moving, are presented broadly rather than supported or qualified. Develop each main idea with a clearer explanation of its consequences and keep the conclusion focused on answering the extent of your agreement.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a coherent overall arrangement: an introduction states your view, two body paragraphs give examples, and a concluding paragraph restates your position. The progression from communication difficulties to employment barriers is easy to follow, and signposts such as “Furthermore” help indicate the second point. Cohesion is sometimes mechanical, however, with repeated reliance on “So,” “For instance,” and “For example.” Some references are also unclear, particularly “those students which move on study visas,” where the connection between students and the employment claim could be expressed more directly. Use clearer topic sentences and link each example explicitly to the point it illustrates; this would make the argument flow more naturally.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use enough vocabulary to discuss migration, communication and work, including relevant terms such as “language barrier,” “job hunting,” and “unemployed.” These choices help convey your main points, and the examples are generally understandable. However, several word choices and collocations are inaccurate or unnatural, such as “living in abroad countries,” “better lifestyle,” “hand expressions,” and “salary is in the form of black money.” Spelling and capitalisation also need attention in “german,” “hungary,” and “classfellow.” These issues sometimes make the reader pause, even though the intended meaning is usually recoverable. Build accuracy by learning common word partnerships and checking spelling, rather than relying on direct translations.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including explanations with “because” and a relative clause in “in which salary is in the form of black money.” The overall meaning is usually clear, but errors in verb forms, agreement, articles and sentence construction recur. For example, “when reach in an unknown country” needs a subject and a corrected verb pattern, while “they faces many hurdles” has a subject–verb agreement error. In “nobody understand,” the verb form should agree with the singular subject. Some sentences also combine ideas awkwardly, especially the sentence about your brother arriving at the airport. Practise checking each clause for a subject and correctly formed verb, and vary sentence patterns while maintaining accuracy.
