The chart below shows the percentage of households in owned and rented accommodation in England and Wales between 1918 and 2011.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The bar chart illustratres the proportions of househols in owned and rented at england and wales in 1918 and 2011.

when we observes the first four years the is a drastic difference in owned houses and rented. rentals are compartively more than own houses but in 1971 both are equal. however after that from 1981 to 2011 the percentages become reverce. the landlords are rose than tenants. in overall the differece is significantly different in every year.

the number of people in 1981 had huge difference in rental and owned. coming to the recent years the total number is less than earlier days but less difference. when we carefully observe there is difference in both numbers but first 4 years the proportions are reverse compared to last 4 years. To this we can say that each year the owned households are inceasing and rented are decreasing we can observe that change
