The chart below shows the percentage of households in owned and rented accommodation in England and Wales between 1918 and 2011.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The given chart illustrates the the proportion of households owning and renting accomodation in england and wales between 1918 and 2011.
It is clear that shows the households of renting and owning accomodation from 1918 to 2011. The percentage of households in rented accomodation displays the highest in 1918 and the lowest percentage were recorded in 2001, while the percentage of households in owned accomodation were highest recorded in the year of 2001, however the lowest was recorded in 1918.
At the begining, the rented accomadates were decreased from 1918 to 1939 after that it remained stabled almost 1.5 dacades. Subsequntly, it sharply decreases up to 1991 then it slighlty increased.
