The chart below shows the percentage of households in owned and rented accommodation in England and Wales between 1918 and 2011.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The given bar chat illustrates the proposition of owner household and rental accommodation in England and Wales from 1918 or 2011.
Overall, it can be seen that both accommodation figures were fluctuated over the period. While, from 1971 both percentages were showed similar. The chart had been measured in the percentages.
After analyzing data, it is evident that the households in owned accommodation percentage was started around 25% in the year 1918, this figure showed similar trend in 1939 and 1953. Furthermore, the proposition of accommodation were steadily rise and reach at approximately 70% in 2001. Finally, in the last year 2011 slightly decreased 65%.
Furthermore, the percentage of turning to the rented accommodation was highest in 1918 which was 75%. After both years the percentage recorded similarity which was 65% in 1939 and 1953. Moreover, In 1961 to 2001 this figure was gradually fall down and reach around 30%. By 2011, the percentage of rented accommodation was rose slightly at accounted 36%.
