The chart below shows the percentage of households in owned and rented accommodation in England and Wales between 1918 and 2011.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

In the area of England and Wales, the percentage of households in the owned and rented accommodation between 1918 and 2011 is given in this chart.
In 1918 percentage of the households in owned accommodations was about 22 percent and in rented accommodations it was about 78 percent This percentage changed after 20 years in 1939, in owned accommodation it was 32 percent and in rented accommodation it decreased to 68 percent.
In 1953, according to the chart the percentage remained same but in 1961, the percentage of households in rented accommodation was 59 percent and the in owned accommodation it was 40 percent.In 1971, the percentage of households in boht rented and owned accommodations was equal.
From 1981, the percentage of households started changing in the owned and rented accommodations, in rented accommodation it was 40 percent and in owned accommodations it was 60 percent.
In 1991, the percentage in rented accommodations was 33 percent and in owned accommodation it was 68 percent.In 2001 the percentage of households in owned accommodations was same but in rented accommodations it was 31 percent.In 2011, the percentage of house holds in owned accommodations was 63 percent and in rented accommodations it was 37 percent.
