Student answer (Band 5.0)

In todays generation we can see that their are too many options in each sector and their is a debate in society that nowadays they have more choices.

I partially agree with this statement as it holds its own significance if its exists then it would bring greater advantage.

Initially, in 21st century technology has risen in better position in all over the world, we can see that many experiments and platforms had developed to overcome challenges. Moreover, different systems have involved in this sector such as, education, shopping, movies, factories, laboratories and medical. Firstly, in education field students have options in learning they can attend classes in offline or online mode. Secondly, individuals showing interest in online shopping better than offline.

On the other hand, car mechanism work is implementing through applying designs on a computer Ai machines to fulfill the work with out human involvement. While in hospitals many technology has developed in operation theaters for instance, the mother can give birth to the child with out a male person involvement. Simply it add the male sperm to female egg and after fertilization they inject in uterus.

However, it is unnecessary to have too many choices it reflects in negative state, in case of emergency if the technology has fail to do it then it leads to loose a life. In contrast, it is better to implement in old method.

In summary, the individuals having too many choices is helpful in only some certain conditions, but it does not succeed in every situation to keep more options. Therefore, it should be good if we plan in further times.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0

The response addresses the prompt but lacks depth. While you state a partial agreement, the development of ideas is inconsistent. For example, the discussion on 'car mechanism' and 'hospitals' is somewhat tangential to the core issue of 'too many choices' in daily life. The arguments regarding the negative aspects of choice are underdeveloped and lack clear examples. To improve, ensure each paragraph directly supports your thesis and provides a logical explanation of why having too many choices is beneficial or detrimental. The conclusion is present but does not effectively synthesize the main points, leaving the reader with a somewhat vague final impression.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5

The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate. For instance, the transition 'In contrast, it is better to implement in old method' is abrupt and does not logically follow the previous point about medical emergencies. Referencing is sometimes unclear, such as the use of 'it' in 'if its exists then it would bring greater advantage', where the antecedent is ambiguous. Improving the flow between sentences and using a wider variety of linking words would significantly enhance the coherence of your writing.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary is generally limited and repetitive. You rely on basic terms like 'things', 'sectors', and 'options'. There are also issues with word choice and collocation, such as 'in todays generation' (should be 'In today's society') and 'loose a life' (should be 'lose a life'). While you attempt to use some topic-specific vocabulary like 'fertilization' and 'AI machines', these are not always used in the correct context. To reach a higher band, focus on using more precise academic vocabulary and ensuring that words are used in their correct collocations.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

There are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text that occasionally impede communication. Common issues include subject-verb agreement ('their are too many options'), missing articles ('in 21st century'), and incorrect preposition usage. Sentence structures are mostly simple or contain errors when you attempt complex constructions, such as 'While in hospitals many technology has developed in operation theaters for instance, the mother can give birth...'. Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with comma usage. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence structures and proofreading for common errors like pluralization and verb tense consistency.
