Student answer (Band 5.0)
As I believe that nowadays we have too many choices in our life.In every platform We have so many opportunities and fields to do work and different choices.sometimes people got confuse to take that opportunities or more think on that choices just to take a wise or better decision. Some people dont think so much and they choose a first option as for their opportunity.some people take too much time to take decision for one task.In this way sometime they lost their better opportunity
I agree to this statement that now a days people have too many choices and in this way they suffered alot.If we have so many choices so we got confuse and human brain got stuck in between their pros and cons .As I believe that every option every opportunity bring pros and cons with them later people should deal with that difficulty and in this way a man become strong and take a wise step.If suppose a person takes too much time on thinking then how he may able to do that work .If he will kept his mind in deciding so surely he will miss the pros of that opportunity
Nowadays look around we have so many resturants shopping malls different kind of proffesion.we get so confuse and dont not able to recommend one to anyone.
Recently I visited shopping mall for shopping .I used to go over there and I really like the dresses but the cost of that dresses were very high.I got so disoppointed and decided not to take any dress.I came back to my home. After that I received a message after a couple of day that my favourite brand had a sale in a coming week.I become so happy and went on that day at my favourite brand and got my dress which I choose in the past.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt by expressing agreement with the statement that there are too many choices. However, the development of ideas is inconsistent. While you mention the 'pros and cons' of decision-making and the resulting anxiety, the argument lacks depth and academic structure. The final paragraph shifts into a personal anecdote about shopping that is not well-integrated into the broader argument about the psychological impact of excessive choice. To improve, ensure each paragraph focuses on a clear, analytical point rather than a narrative, and provide more robust reasoning to support your position.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay lacks a clear structure. Paragraphing is inconsistent, and the transition between ideas is often abrupt. For example, the jump from discussing 'human brain' processes to 'restaurants and shopping malls' lacks a logical bridge. Cohesive devices are used sparingly and sometimes incorrectly, such as the repetitive use of 'in this way' and 'if'. The flow of ideas is frequently interrupted by punctuation errors and run-on sentences, which makes the progression of the argument difficult to follow. Using a wider variety of linking words would help improve the logical flow.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is limited and repetitive, relying on basic terms like 'choices', 'opportunities', and 'confuse'. There are several instances of word-choice errors and non-standard collocations, such as 'lost their better opportunity' instead of 'missed a better opportunity' and 'dont not able to recommend'. Spelling errors are also present, such as 'resturants', 'proffesion', and 'disoppointed'. To reach a higher band, you should focus on using more precise academic vocabulary and ensuring correct spelling and word forms throughout your writing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede communication. There are consistent issues with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'people got confuse', 'human brain got stuck'), article usage, and sentence structure. Many sentences are fragmented or run-on, such as 'As I believe that nowadays we have too many choices in our life.In every platform We have...'. The range of structures is limited, consisting mostly of simple sentences. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, punctuation, and verb tense consistency before attempting more complex grammatical structures.
