Student answer (Band 5.0)
Human wants are unlimited as well as their choices also. Some people believe that in this digital age, we humans have many choice. I strongly agree with this opinion as it is one of the most rising issues in all kind of genders.
The world is full digitalized now coming up to 21st century, many innovation has been made regarding to technology, communication and many more. This is most significant among younger generation people who use digital devices in a daily basis. The primary concern is that this devices contains very unrealistic things, which one's cannot afford it making them to have choice on the basis what they saw on social media.
There are many examples related to it as mentioned by Adam Smith in his book "Principle of Economics". When people satisfy their related item, they move to another step for getting desired thing which further satisfy them and this cycle repeats until the man/woman's last breath. Choices should be madefor our own well-being, but we mustn't be greedy in every aspects which we face in life. We humans are social being and we do have choices, but it depends upon us to manage by ourselves.
In conclusion, choices are the important aspects that help us to make important decision, but it shouldn't be main cause for destruction of wildlife, and our surrounding. So it is very crucial for us to make choices that benefits all of the wildlife species and most importantly it should have positive impact on our livelihood

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The student addresses the prompt by taking a clear stance ('I strongly agree with this opinion') on whether we have too many choices nowadays. However, the development of ideas lacks depth and focus. For instance, the transition into social media and unrealistic things in the second paragraph is somewhat abrupt. Furthermore, the mention of Adam Smith and the sudden shift to the destruction of wildlife in the conclusion indicate that the main arguments drift away from the central theme of consumer choices into broader environmental issues. While the position is stated, the supporting points are not fully extended or consistently relevant to the specific prompt, which places this response at Band 5.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is divided into four paragraphs, showing an attempt at a standard structure with an introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion. However, overall progression is hindered by abrupt transitions between ideas and sentences. For example, moving from Adam Smith's economic theories directly to personal well-being and greed lacks logical connection. Cohesive devices are sometimes used awkwardly or inaccurately, such as 'which one's cannot afford it' and 'Choices should be madefor our own well-being'. Paragraphing is present, but internal cohesion within the body paragraphs is frequently faulty, resulting in a disjointed flow that impacts readability.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is relatively basic and repetitive, with noticeable errors that occasionally cause difficulty for the reader. Phrases such as 'all kind of genders', 'world is full digitalized', and 'on the basis what they saw' demonstrate limited lexical control and awkward collocations. While the student attempts some less common terms like 'unrealistic things' and 'well-being', word choices are frequently imprecise or grammatically incorrect. Spelling and word formation issues, such as 'madefor', further restrict the range of vocabulary, placing the response firmly at Band 5 for this criterion.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The response features a very limited range of grammatical structures. Simple sentences dominate, and attempts at more complex structures are frequently faulty. There are persistent errors in subject-verb agreement and article usage, such as 'Human wants are unlimited as well as their choices also', 'this devices contains', and 'one's cannot afford it'. Punctuation is also problematic in places, with run-on sentences and missing spaces. These frequent errors cause strain and difficulty for the reader, matching the descriptors for Band 5.
