This is based on the fact that in our current world several advancement has been made in various aspects of life. One good example is in the medical world, technological advancements in treatment has made it possible for people to make choices on the type of medical they want to opt for.One can choose either treamtment that suits their own needs because there is plenty of choices to choose from.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0
Your response responds to the task only minimally and remains incomplete, primarily because the word count is critically low at only 144 words, which falls significantly short of the 250-word minimum requirement. While you do introduce a clear position stating that you strongly agree with the prompt, your ideas are severely limited and under-developed. For instance, your mention of medical advancements and relationships touches upon the theme of choices, but these points are abruptly stated without adequate extension, supporting examples, or detailed explanation. Furthermore, the response trails off incompletely with 'On the other hand,' failing to develop a balanced argument or provide a proper conclusion. To reach a higher level, you must write a fully developed essay meeting the required word count, expand your supporting arguments thoroughly, and explore multiple facets of the prompt with relevant examples.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
Your response shows some basic attempts at organisation, but the information and ideas are not arranged coherently into a well-structured essay. While you attempt to use transitional phrases and paragraph breaks, such as 'One good example is' and 'On the other hand,', the paragraphing is disrupted by abrupt endings and incomplete thoughts. There is a lack of clear overall progression because ideas are introduced in isolated sentences rather than connected logically into unified paragraphs. Referencing is sometimes unclear, and cohesive devices are inadequate to guide the reader smoothly through a sustained argument. To improve in this area, you should group your ideas into coherent paragraphs with distinct topic sentences, ensure each paragraph flows logically into the next, and use cohesive devices accurately to link your arguments together.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You demonstrate a limited but minimally adequate range of vocabulary suitable for expressing basic concepts, such as 'advancement', 'treatment', and 'relationships'. However, your use of vocabulary features noticeable errors and awkward word choices that cause some difficulty for the reader. For example, writing 'the medical' instead of 'medical care' or 'medical treatment' is an unnatural phrasing, and 'financial' is used incorrectly where a noun such as 'financial damage' is required. There are also repetitive patterns and basic lexical items that restrict the precision of your writing. To lift your lexical score to the next level, you should expand your vocabulary to include less common lexical items, pay closer attention to natural collocations, and check your word forms to ensure your expressions are accurate and appropriate for academic writing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
Your writing displays a very limited range of sentence structures, relying mostly on simple or faulty complex constructions. Frequent errors are present throughout the text, including issues with subject-verb agreement, articles, and word forms within grammatical patterns. For example, you wrote 'the we have plenty of options', where 'the' is an unnecessary intrusion, and 'several advancement has been made', which contains a plural noun paired with a singular verb. Additionally, spacing and punctuation errors occur, such as missing spaces after periods (e.g., 'choices these days.In my opinion'). These frequent errors can cause some difficulty for the reader. To improve your grammatical range and accuracy, you need to practice forming complex sentences with greater control, carefully check your subject-verb agreements and article usage, and ensure proper punctuation and spacing throughout your text.
