Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

You do state a position—“I also agree”—and your example about someone choosing a future path is relevant to the topic. However, the response addresses the question only minimally: it does not clearly explain whether the problem is having too many choices, or why the number of choices is excessive. Much of the discussion shifts to education, career decisions and hard work, without developing how these support your view. The example is difficult to follow and lacks specific detail about the choices or their consequences. To strengthen the response, state your degree of agreement in the introduction, give two clear reasons, and explain each with a focused example linked directly to the effects of having many options.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0

The response has some recognisable stages: an opening, discussion of choices, a personal example and a concluding statement. You also attempt to connect ideas with phrases such as “However,” “Furthermore” and “For instance.” Nevertheless, the progression is difficult to follow because the main point changes or repeats, and the paragraphs do not clearly separate reasons from examples. Several linking expressions are used inaccurately or leave the relationship between ideas unclear, as in “Owing to, the person confuse” and “All of that, he may confuse.” The final paragraph introduces another broad claim rather than drawing together the argument. Organise the essay around a clear sequence—position, reason, example, second reason, conclusion—and use fewer, more precise transitions.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “choices,” “career,” “future” and “beneficial,” so the reader can identify the general subject. However, the vocabulary is basic and highly repetitive, especially the repeated use of “choices” and “future.” Frequent spelling errors such as “intresting,” “Intially,” “Nowdays” and “whne,” along with inaccurate word forms and collocations such as “feasible success” and “hardworker,” make the message harder to understand. Some phrases, including “future life choices,” are repeated without adding precision. Build a more varied set of expressions for the topic, and check spelling and natural combinations of words. For example, describe the consequences as “decision-making pressure” or “career options,” rather than repeating the same general terms.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You attempt to use both simple statements and longer sentences with clauses, for example, “However, many people don’t take interest and cannot do any work for a specific choices in life.” This shows an effort to connect ideas, but sentence structures are often incomplete or inaccurately formed, and errors frequently make the intended meaning unclear. Examples include “the basic concept … are,” “the person confuse,” and “he may confuse to see many choices.” Verb forms, subject–verb agreement, articles, and sentence boundaries need more reliable control. Some sentences also combine several ideas without clear punctuation. Practise writing short, complete sentences first, then add one subordinate clause at a time; check that each sentence has a clear subject and correctly formed verb.
