Student answer (Band 5.0)

In this generation few people thinks all in this century have multiple choices.

In this Century half of the population feels we many choices. I agree with them because in todays generation there have been many career option like Nowdays there are many career options are generated they are like AI analysist , Data Scientist , Machine Learning , Cyber Security , etc . This jobs are new like 1 decade ago they are not existing . So , In this generation people are getting more options not only for career but in there life also . they can also do creative things . Like Painting , etc .

But I also support the people who disagree with this becuse from the last decade where Artificial Intelligence had came many jobs are gone because the Artificial Intelligence can do the same thing in minutes so many people lose there jobs. But I feels that Artificial Intelligence can make work easily but the creative work done by a person can not be matched because the Artist can do detailed work Which AI can not be able to do .

I belive that Some people gets options for what to do or what not to do . But some people does not get choice in there life. They just have some needs and for fullfilling them they does not get choices . So I think both type of person who agree or who does not agree are correct in there own perspective .

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You give a relevant response and state a position: you agree that people have more choices, while also recognising that this is not true for everyone. The examples of new career fields and AI replacing some jobs relate to the topic. However, the discussion is only partly developed. The career examples are listed rather than explained in detail, and the point about people who “just have some needs” is broad and would benefit from a specific illustration. Your conclusion that both perspectives are correct is understandable, but it does not clearly show the extent to which you agree. Make your overall position more definite and explain how your examples support it.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The response has a basic paragraph structure: it introduces the issue, presents reasons on both sides, and ends with a concluding view. Connectors such as “But” and “So” help show some relationships between ideas. However, progression is not always clear: the opening repeats the idea of having many choices, and the shift from career options to creative activities and then to AI’s effect on jobs feels abrupt. Some links are also difficult to follow, particularly the final contrast between people who have choices and those who do not. Organise each paragraph around one main point, use clearer transitions, and make references such as “them” and “this” unambiguous.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use relevant topic vocabulary, including “career options,” “Artificial Intelligence,” “Data Scientist,” and “creative work,” so the reader can understand the main subject. There is some attempt to use specific terms, but the range is limited and several phrases are repeated, especially “choices” and “generation.” Word choice and spelling errors sometimes make the message less clear, as in “AI analysist,” “fullfilling,” and “there own perspective.” Some combinations are also unnatural, such as “options are generated” and “do creative things.” Build a wider set of accurate phrases for discussing opportunity and employment, and check spelling and collocations carefully.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences using “because,” “but,” and “so,” which shows some effort to connect ideas. However, the range is limited, and complex sentences are often faulty. Errors in agreement and verb forms appear in examples such as “few people thinks,” “people gets options,” and “they does not get choices.” There are also problems with articles, tense, and sentence boundaries, as in “from the last decade where Artificial Intelligence had came.” These errors recur and can make the reader pause to interpret your meaning. Practise accurate subject–verb agreement and past-tense forms, then build longer sentences from shorter, correct clauses.
