Student answer (Band 5.0)

There are many debates pn people believe that they have many choices, while some people think that there not many choices for them they have to think about some available choices that they have.I strongly agree with the former argue that we have many choices.

Having multiple choices about different jobs, life style and other aspacts of life does not mean that you could do everything that is avilable to us infact, the main idea of this debate is that you have vast amount of ideas about the thing that you would try to become consistent and hard to defeat in our your life. For example if a person want to build a factory of leahter he has many option to start a business on small scale simply from his home using a laptop and then he becom able to earn some money from this he will start a new startup at such big level like getting order from europe or from other nations of the world and start a new journey with them.

So if we talk about the other concepts of people who think that they do not have enough optons and choices to make about importent things at importent areas of life is totally wrong near me because our world is truly full of oppertunities everyone can do everything in this world just ther are some areas where he have to eork properly with pure honesty, dedication and good mindset. There are many example around us and also in history of our world that there were many great personalities who overcome their ristrictions thought out of the box and gave us world of new amazing things which cannot be possible at that time but they did it on their on with less choices and less facilities at that time.

So thinking about the amount of choices and possibilities is not a good thing for a person who has the ability do make things work for him and for his nation as well.Infact he will do anything that he want too because our world is full of mystrious things and many chances to avail. In the end i would say that choices are available for everyone the thing that we need is to take first step with pure heart and ultimately things will work for us.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

Your position is clear: you strongly agree that people have many choices, and you return to this view in the conclusion. The examples of starting a leather business and historical figures overcoming restrictions are relevant to opportunity and personal choice. However, the response only partly addresses the central claim about having “too many” choices. Much of the discussion shifts to whether opportunities exist and whether people can succeed through effort, rather than explaining why the number of choices is excessive or how it affects people. The examples are also broad and not fully explained. To strengthen the response, directly discuss consequences such as difficulty deciding or comparing options, and develop one specific example that supports your position.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The response has an identifiable introduction, body paragraphs and conclusion, and phrases such as “For example,” “So,” and “In the end” signal relationships between ideas. However, progression is difficult to follow because several sentences contain multiple ideas without clear separation. The first paragraph’s contrast between people who have many choices and those who do not is especially hard to interpret, and the body paragraphs repeat the idea that opportunities are available without building a distinct line of reasoning. Some linking phrases, including “So if we talk about” and “Infact,” feel mechanical or do not clarify the connection. Organise each paragraph around one main point, use clearer sentence boundaries, and make references such as “this debate” and “the other concepts” more precise.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “opportunities,” “restrictions,” “dedication,” and “possibilities,” and you use some topic-related expressions such as “start a business” and “small scale.” However, the range is limited by repeated general words such as “things,” “choices,” and “world,” while several inaccurate or misspelled forms make meaning less clear: “aspacts,” “avilable,” “optons,” and “mystrious.” Some combinations are also unnatural, for example “consistent and hard to defeat in our your life” and “avail” in “chances to avail.” Choose more precise terms for the specific idea you mean, check spelling carefully, and learn common collocations so that ambitious vocabulary sounds natural rather than obscuring your point.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You attempt longer sentences and subordinate clauses, for example “if a person want to build a factory…” and “who think that they do not have enough…,” but these structures are often difficult to control. Errors in verb forms and agreement include “a person want,” “he becom able,” and “he have to,” while missing or incorrect articles and sentence construction appear in “has vast amount” and “the ability do make.” Several sentences run on, particularly the long business example, and punctuation does not consistently separate complete ideas. These problems sometimes make the reader work to identify the intended meaning. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then add one subordinate clause at a time; check subject–verb agreement, articles, and full stops during revision.
