Student answer (Band 5.0)
I really agree with the given statement that some people believe that in the recent days there are several choices.
I agree with this statement because some people have a trust that in these days we have several choices in every field of life.As there are differnt organizations in the market are available where different choices are availble for its corresponding field. For instance, there are different choices in the education department to choose the field according to our interest and also more choices in the food like different fast food is available these days.
According to the modern era of technology there are different choices for the people in the different fields of technology. For Instance, if a student wants to join a university then he has the more choices in the university because different deparments are available in the university the student can join the department according to their interest moreover on the other hand if someone want to eat some tasty food then he/she also has diffent choices according to their like if he/she wants to eat sweet dish then there are different options like sweet cream , sweets , chocolates , etc.
In my experience, in the era of modern technology people have many facilities in every department for instance more professional doctors are available for their different checkups and treatment if someone unfortunately has the disease of cancer then there is more treatments are availble like laser treatment.
At last the conclusion is that the modern era is more better to choose different choices in every field of life like Education,Transportation,Medical,Agriculture,Technology and Manufacturing Industries.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You take a position in favour of the statement and give relevant examples from education, food, technology and healthcare. However, the response only partially addresses the question: it mainly lists areas where choices exist, rather than explaining whether there are too many choices or what effects this abundance has. The opening also repeats the prompt’s idea without clarifying the extent of your agreement. Examples such as choosing a university department and selecting cancer treatment could support your view, but their relevance to “too many” choices needs to be explained. Develop a clear argument—for example, whether choice improves personal freedom or can cause confusion—and connect each example directly to that argument.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has a basic sequence, moving from general examples to technology, personal experience and a concluding statement. Paragraph breaks help separate some points, and phrases such as “For instance” signal examples. However, there is no clear progression in the argument: education and food are repeated, while the healthcare example appears without being linked to the central claim. Several sentences join multiple ideas with “and,” “moreover” or “on the other hand,” making relationships between points unclear. The conclusion lists fields but does not draw together the reasons given. Organise the essay around two or three distinct reasons, use one paragraph for each, and make linking phrases show the precise relationship between claims and examples.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use a range of topic-related words, including “technology,” “department,” “treatment” and “manufacturing industries,” so the reader can generally understand the areas you discuss. However, vocabulary is repetitive and often imprecise: “different choices” and “available” recur, while phrases such as “some people have a trust” and “more better” do not express the intended meaning naturally. Spelling errors such as “differnt,” “availble” and “deparments” are also noticeable and can distract the reader. Build a more precise set of expressions for discussing choice and its effects, and check spelling and collocations during revision. The suggestions below offer alternatives drawn from your response.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt longer sentences and use some subordinate clauses, including “if a student wants to join a university” and “if someone unfortunately has the disease of cancer.” However, the range is limited, and attempts to combine several ideas often produce frequent grammatical errors that can make the reader work to follow the meaning. For example, “there are differnt organizations in the market are available” has an incorrect clause structure, and “if someone want” has subject–verb disagreement. Other recurring issues include missing articles, inconsistent pronouns and punctuation, as in “a student … their interest.” Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then combine them with one clear subordinate clause; proofread agreement, articles and sentence boundaries.
