The bar graph illustrates the top ten nations for the production and consumption of electricity in 2014.
Overall, it can be seen that the production and usage of electricity in china was highest. korea represented least production and consumption.
To begin with, in China, the production of electricity accounted for, 5,398 billion kWh and consumption of electricity represented 5,322. United states was second largest producer and consumer of electricity 4,099 and 3,866 billionkWh, respectively. Russia was producing 1,057 billion kWh electricity. Moreover, in Russia 3,866 billion kWh were consumed. However, there were 936.2 billion kWh electricity were produced and 856.7 power were consumed in japan. While, production and consumption were accounted for 871 and 698.8 billion kWh in india.
In Canada production and consumption represented 618.9 and 499.9 respectively. In france, The proportion of electricity on production was 561.2 billion kWh and 462.9 billion kWh for sonsumption. In Brazil, 530.7 production was recorded and 455.8 consumption. Germany represented 526.6 billion kWh electricity production, while 582.5 consumption. In korea, electricity production and consumption were recorded 485.1 and 449.5 billion kWh.
