From the overview it is clear that China produce and comsume electricity in maximum amount while Korea's production and consumption of electricity is minimum in amount.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You identify the main pattern that China leads in both production and consumption, and you include several relevant figures for the largest countries. However, the overview is incomplete: Korea is not the lowest in both measures, since Germany has the lowest production, while Korea has the lowest consumption. The response also omits Germany’s consumption being higher than its production and leaves Korea’s figures unreported. Some descriptions are inaccurate or unclear, such as saying India’s electricity was “wasted”; the chart shows consumption, not waste. To strengthen the report, give a precise overview of the main contrasts and cover the notable exception as well as the lower-ranked countries, using accurate comparisons throughout.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a basic structure: an opening, an overview, and two paragraphs grouping countries from higher to lower figures. This gives the reader some sense of progression. However, the body paragraphs become long strings of figures joined mainly by commas and “and,” so comparisons are difficult to follow. Connectors such as “however” and “Moving Further” do not always signal a clear relationship between the data that follows. The final paragraph also stops after Germany, leaving the account of the ten countries unfinished. Use shorter, clearly organised sentences, group countries by meaningful similarities, and use linking phrases to show contrasts—for example, that Germany is the exception because consumption exceeds production.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some task-related vocabulary, including “produced,” “consumed,” “manufactured,” and “utilized,” and the reader can generally identify the intended measures. However, several choices are inaccurate or unnatural for describing electricity data. “Wasted” and “drained” do not mean consumed in this context, while “made” and “offered” are imprecise. “Developed nations” is also not supported by the chart, which simply lists the top ten countries. Spelling errors such as “comsume” and “Germeny,” along with inconsistent forms such as “KWH” and “kwh,” reduce control. Prefer precise, repeated terms such as “generated” and “consumed” rather than forcing synonyms, and check spelling and unit presentation.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
There are attempts to combine information in complex sentences, but control is uneven and many sentences contain errors. For example, “China produce and comsume” needs past-tense verbs and subject–verb agreement, while “Canada mass production” lacks a correctly formed verb. The sentence beginning “1,057 KWH electricity was produced in Russia and consumed 1,038 units” has an unclear subject for the second verb. Articles, plurals, and punctuation are also inconsistent, including missing spaces after commas and a run-on sequence of country comparisons. These problems sometimes make relationships between figures hard to interpret. Build accuracy with complete subject–verb clauses, maintain past tense, and separate each comparison with appropriate punctuation.
